Visva-Bharati Department of Botany Siksha-Bhavana Advertisement for the post of Research Assistant (RA) Applications are invited for the post of one (01) 'Research Assistant' for the technical support in a DBT/Wellcome Trust India Alliance Early Career project of Dr. Gaurab Sircar entitled, "Development of Recombinant Vaccines for Aspergillus - related Asthma and Allergic Broncho Pulmonary Aspergillosis" vide sanction no. IA/E/17111503696 dated 27'h March, 2019 at Department of Botany, Siksha-Bhavana, Visva-Bharati. The candidate will receive a monthly salary of Rs. 30,000i- (Consolidated). The post is tenable for 01 year with fuither extension based on annual performance assessment till2024. The post is temporary and co-terminus with the project. Elieibilitv Criteria

Essential Criteria: (i) Age not more than 30 years as on norrnal closing date. (ii) I't class Masters Degree in any branch of life science preferably in Botany. Desirable Qualification(s): (i) > 3 years of post M.Sc. experience of working in a laboratory. (ii) Having good publications in peer reviewed journals.
