Allsatisfactiondriversweresofteracrossstore,collectionand deliveryelements.Disruptionstooperationshurtourabilitytomeet customerexpectationsforonlinefulfilment.

February'sOOresultssawadeclineof2.1comparedtoJan’s performance.Thisdropwasprimarilyfueledbya1.7%decreasein COanda1.3%decreaseinOTD.Notably,OWRremainedconsistent withJan’sfigures.ThiswasimpactedbyanationalITincidentin week33thatcausedsignificantdisruptionstopickingand dispatchingprocessesacrossmultipledays.

FebruaryexperiencedaslightdeclineinbothFPPandOOS performancecomparedtoJanuary.FPPdroppedby0.5%while OOS%sawa0.5%increase.Theseresultsweresignificant impactedbysupplyissues,particularlyforbananas,which accountedfor149,238OOS,andeggs,whichaccountedf 150,888OOSduringthemonth.
