About this Toolkit The Farm to Family SNAP CSA Toolkit offers the reader a guide to developing and supporting the operation of a CSA serving low-income households and customers using SNAP benefits. This guide is based on four years (three harvest seasons) of experience developing and implementing a modified CSA program.
