We have a vast amount of experience across the team. Some recent examples that give an idea of the level of work we regularly undertake are:

• Acted for a charity on the sale of a vacant unit to expand removal/self-storage operator, enabling the release of funds to acquire two industrial investment units which we are currently working on.

• Acted for a client on a renewal lease and the subsequent sale of the investment.This enabled the client to release funds for the extensive refurbishment of its care home specialising in care for MS patients.

• Assisted client with a new lease of a 41,570 sq ft unit on a 15year lease, with a tenant only break in year 10. This was a prominent property acquisition for them due to its prime location.
