All sponsors benefitted from exposure on WRCOG’s social media and eblasts for over 5 months WRCOG shared sponsor logos, websites and information as provided by sponsors resulting in over 33, 000 impressions to event day and after.
This year, WRCOG used the Whova event app to help share messages to our attenddees though an interactive platform. The app featured all sponsors and allowed them to upload videos, connect eith attendees and spotlight each sponsor on the Whova platform. Over the course of the 3 weeks of the event app being open, sponsors received over 18,000 impressions.
Our Gold and above sponsors received a special perk this year, with the lit ballroom logos, as seen here to the right. The Ballroom logos were visible throughout the ceremony, dinner and speaker portions of the event. This gave sponsors 2.5 hours of continous impressions to an audience of 940 people.
Sponsors who provided videos received additional exposure via the Whova App and for Gold and above sponsors, at the event that evening, receiving more than 8,000 impressions.
