REFRESHMENTS AND LUNCH
Our refreshment area will be open throughout the event. We will be serving free tea and coffee during the morning and again in the afternoon.
A free buffet lunch will be provided for everyone who attends and we will do our best to cater for individuals’ dietary requirements, as long as we know in advance through your booking form.
In an effort to responsibly reduce COVID risk, we will be limiting the number of people in the refreshment area at any one time. We will also be running three ‘lunch sittings’ to ensure there are limited numbers of people in the refreshment area at lunch time. ‘Lunch sittings’ are planned for 11.55am to 12.15pm, 12.20pm to 12.40pm and 12.45pm to 1.05pm
If we have fewer people book than we anticipate, we may be able to reduce the number of ‘lunch sittings’ to two, meaning that each ‘sitting’ will be longer than we currently anticipate.
Please indicate on your booking form which ‘lunch sittings’ you would prefer and we will do our best to accommodate. You will know on the day which ‘lunch sitting’ you have been allocated, by your colour coded name badge. We would appreciate it if you could select as many ‘lunch siting’ options as possible on your booking form, as if everyone requests the first ‘sitting’, we obviously won’t be able to accommodate this for everyone.
