Chapter Aim The aim of this chapter is to enable you to plan, develop and manage an advocacy and communication strategy for your organization or country’s M&E system. The purpose of an advocacy and communication strategy is to help ensure knowledge of and commitment to M&E and the M&E system among policy-makers, program managers, program staff and other stakeholders.
