We are Woods to Water Vacation Homes, an affiliate of Woods to Water Real Estate and fullservice vacation rental management company in the Brainerd Lakes Area. Wherever your “Up North” is, we’ve got you covered.

MARKETING

We'll market your property through our social media channels and third-party vendors like AirBnB and VRBO, Hometogo, and Booking.com. Guests also have direct access to all of our property listings through our direct booking site, bookthebla.com.

At BooktheBLA.com our guests enjoy hand-picked vacation rental inventory coupled with a concierge to take your vacation to the next level. From tee times to dinner reservations, VIP concert passes to a private chef at their weekend cabin, private airport transfer to boat rental for the week, our team can facilitate the details of their stay, no matter how big or small.

GUEST SERVICES

We field all guest inquiries. This includes rental bookings, special requests, refunds, cancellations, emergency calls, and payment collection — to ensure guests have an exception experience and you don't have to lift a finger.

VENDOR MANAGEMENT

Let us handle all repair and maintenance items associated with the property and coordinate all necessary vendors to complete these tasks. Examples include cleaning, turnover, lawn care, snow removal, pest control, etc.

Our team weighs many factors including market competition, time of entry to the market (fall vs spring, etc), booking lead time, amenities offered, guest count, etc. Once we conduct an onsite visit of your property we'll put together an Annal Gross Revenue Estimate of how we think your property will perform in year 1 + beyond
