Head Of School Notes -- Julie Ambler I am overwhelmed by the generosity shown toward our school at our Roaring Twenties Auction and Gala last Saturday night! Approximately 350 flappers, gangsters and other questionable characters gathered at the Woodlands Waterway Marriott to celebrate our school’s 20-year anniversary. Early estimates suggest that we broke all previous auction records by grossing $871,741 and netting $775,155, including $366,000 for our fund-a-need. Thus,
we will be constructing locker rooms and bathrooms for the David Gymnasium this summer as well as adding a few other to-be-determined enhancements to our campus. I give thanks to God for all the blessings He has bestowed upon Woodlands Christian, not just monetarily, but also through the generous hearts and hands of every person who took part in this year’s event. We are humbled by your support and honored to serve your family as we partner together to equip the next generation of Christian leaders- spiritually, academically, physically and socially.
