Mastery of various cuisines and ingredients, broadening their food knowledg
Nutrition education to help teens make healthier choice
Developing independence and responsibility in the kitchen
Safety procedures, including working with heat and handling kitchen equipment.

What parents are saying
“My children have attended a number of Ankie’s cooking classes, each time they have come away empowered with new skills and more confident cooks. Preparing their own meals made them more curious about flavours and bolder to try new dishes. Many of the recipes live on in our household as firm favourites and my children take pride and joy in helping to prepare food for us all to enjoy.”
