“The greatest way to encourage someone is to remind them who they are in Christ.”

PUBLISHER’S LETTER

The past few months have been truly rewarding for the magazine. It has been so well received across the world, and it is remarkable to witness where God will lead you when you lean into His plan. In this issue, I had the pleasure of connecting with some incredible women. From Josie, a fashion model who represents Jesus in the fashion industry; Nicci, a business development strategist for women of faith; Sarah, a life coach helping women embrace God’s plan for their lives; Katie, using her voice to uplift the Church; Deborah, guiding women in exploring wholeness; to Clarisa, our anti-aging specialist, each of these women shares two key qualities: their love of Christ and their passion for encouraging others. I am continually amazed by how God weaves these connections together with a unified message for you, the reader.

In this issue, women take center stage in the encouragement and motivation arena and online retail. Christian women are making waves across the internet, offering a wide range of quality products and services rooted in their passion and love for Christ. The vision behind their brands is firmly grounded in Christian values, and they pursue excellence in all they do. Natasha, for example, designs beautiful jewelry, each piece carrying a unique message that reflects her faith in Christ. A standout from her latest collection is titled “For Such a Time as This.” It is easy to see why we hold this piece so dear.

And then there is Neivis. Move over, Jeff Bezos. Neivis is here, and she is here to stay. I have a deep appreciation for bold women who are not only business-savvy but also on fire for God. I believe her platform, Galilee, is poised to dominate the Christian retail marketplace. Galilee is quickly becoming the go-to destination for discovering independent sellers offering a curated selection of products. Imagine it as a blend between Etsy and Amazon. What is not to love? Whether you are looking for the perfect gift or everyday essentials, you will find them while supporting faith-based businesses from across the country.

With the scent of sweet flowers in the air and the sun shining brightly, summer calls to mind joyful days spent with family and friends, picnics, weddings of all kinds, and travel adventures. Our team has curated the best dresses and accessories to help you look and feel your best wherever your summer plans may take you.

Our goal in this issue is to offer encouragement, no matter what stage of life you find yourself in. We are living in a remarkable time in history, a time when women can dream big and realize their goals, not solely for personal ambition, but to reflect their unwavering faith in Christ and to show what God can do when you take a leap of faith.

"I

am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End," says the Lord, "who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty."

BORN IN PEACE

The Rise Of Christian Hypnobirthing

There’s a quiet revolution happening in birthing rooms and living rooms alike. More and more Christian women are choosing to rewrite the narrative of childbirth, trading fear and tension for peace, prayer, and confidence. At the heart of this shift is a gentle, spiritually grounded approach called Christian Hypnobirthing a practice that’s helping women welcome their babies into the world with calm assurance and faith in God’s perfect design.

Christian Hypnobirthing blends the core techniques of traditional hypnobirthing such as focused breathing, guided relaxation, and visualization with biblical meditation and Scripture-based affirmations. The term “hypnobirthing” might raise eyebrows, especially in Christian circles, but there’s no stage hypnosis or mysticism involved. It’s about training the mind to release fear and tension, creating space for a woman to work with her body, rather than against it, during labor. What makes this version different is its spiritual anchor. It’s not just about calming the mind, it’s about aligning heart, body, and soul with the Word of God.

So why are more women leaning into this method? For many, it’s a return to the sacredness of birth, a way to invite God into one of the most powerful moments of life. In a world where childbirth is often portrayed as a chaotic medical emergency, Christian Hypnobirthing offers an alternative rooted in peace and divine purpose. It reminds women that childbirth is a miracle to be experienced in faith.

The growing popularity of this approach can be attributed to a desire for natural, less invasive births and the increasing availability of online resources. Virtual courses, Scripture-infused audio tracks, and Christian-focused hypnobirthing apps have made this once-niche practice accessible to women everywhere, whether they’re planning to give birth at home or in a hospital.

Of course, like any birthing method, Christian Hypnobirthing has its advantages and its limitations. Women often report feeling more in control during labor, with less fear and a stronger sense of God’s presence. Many find that the techniques help reduce their need for pain medication and foster deeper emotional connection with their partner. But access to trained Christian practitioners can still be limited, especially in smaller towns. And while some hospitals are supportive of hypnobirthing preferences, others may be unfamiliar with the method, requiring parents to advocate more firmly for their birth plan. There’s also a lingering hesitation within some church communities due to the misunderstandings around the word “hypnosis,” despite the fact that the practice in this context is simply focused, God-centered relaxation.

In the United States, Christian Hypnobirthing is gradually gaining ground in urban centers like Dallas, Los Angeles, and Atlanta. Platforms like DoulaMatch.net help expectant mothers find Christian doulas and birth educators, while apps such as Christian Hypnobirthing offer practical tools like audio meditations and Scripture readings. In the United Kingdom, hypnobirthing is already more widely accepted within the NHS system, and Christian practitioners are becoming easier to find through online directories and referrals from local faith-based groups.

When preparing for a Christian hypnobirth, the setting, whether home or hospital can be personalized to support the experience. At home, many women create peaceful spaces with birthing pools, soft lighting, essential oil diffusers, and Scripture cards displayed around the room. Worship music plays softly in the background while affirmation tracks guide each breath. For those giving birth in hospitals, the approach may look slightly different, but the foundation remains the same. Headphones, preloaded playlists, a clear birth plan, and conversations with supportive care providers help ensure that the mother’s wishes are honored. Some hospitals even have midwives or

nurses familiar with hypnobirthing principles who can offer additional encouragement and flexibility.

Christian Hypnobirthing isn’t just a technique, it’s a mindset. It’s a way for women to reclaim birth as something beautiful, powerful, and holy. It’s about knowing that God is present in every contraction, every breath, and every heartbeat. And in a world that often overwhelms new mothers with fear and uncertainty, this method offers something far greater: peace, confidence, and the quiet strength of faith.

At its core, Christian Hypnobirthing blends deep breathing, guided relaxation with Scripture based affirmations and prayer. It teaches women how to work with their bodies, not against them. Trusting in God’s design for childbirth rather than fearing it. It’s about retaining the mind and heart to believe:

“God has not given me a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind.”

FROM HEELS TO HEALING... A MODEL’S WALK FOR GOD’S GLORY

Josie Murray has all the qualities of a supermodel. Striking beauty and a commanding presence. But she always understood that her relationship with God would always come first. The real test came when the industry demanded a choice, faith or fame. What happens when standing firm in your beliefs means walking away from everything the world says you should want?

My modeling journey began while I was still in college. I was accepted by a local modeling agency over summer break. I was 20 years old, in great physical shape, loved God, but still young in my spiritual walk. I wore a well-fitting tank top that had a couple of small ruffles at the bottom, some capris, and stiletto heels. (Don’t judge—it was cute back then!)

During the interview, they promised incredible opportunities. I’d go to New York, Milan, everything a girl dreams of when imagining a future as a famous model. They also told me never to wear a shirt like that again because it made my hips look big! Keep in mind, I was almost 5’7” and weighed between 110–115 pounds. My whole life I had been told how skinny I

was. Now the thoughts of the enemy snuck in: “My hips look big?” “Maybe I need to work out more?”

From there, I began modelling. Photoshoots, trips to New York, open calls, and even pageants. If you’ve seen the movie Miss Congeniality, that was 100% me! Oddly enough, my first pageant, I received Miss Congeniality and was First Runner-Up.

The agency wanted me to quit school and model full-time. But my spirit said, “No.” As fun as it sounded, I listened to that still, small voice and returned to school. I’m so glad I did! The agency went under, while I

I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well.

went on to graduate with honors and multiple degrees. Then life moved on, and I “paused” modeling. That pause turned into years.

During this time, I had experiences that allowed me to grow immensely with God. Then, after some difficult life challenges, God unexpectedly opened the door for modeling again. I received a message asking if I wanted to do a photoshoot for a local clothing brand. I was nervous since it had been so long but also excited. That photoshoot rekindled my modeling journey. It was thrilling to watch it grow. I was getting so many compliments, and so many photographers wanted to shoot. But I knew I needed to be very cautious about what opportunities to accept.

That brings me to a key piece of advice I’d like to offer. As a woman of God in modeling, be discerning. You don’t have to, nor should you, accept every offer. Remember your identity and Who you are representing. Modeling is just one part of our lives, and God wants your whole heart, your whole soul, your whole life including your modeling. (Deuteronomy 6:5)

Some people think you can’t be a Christian and a model, but that’s not true. God can and wants to use us in every area. The modeling industry also needs Christians who will share His light and love.

I recently walked in New York Fashion Week. It brought amazing opportunities. But I also turned down some and had to be clear about what I was unwilling to model. That is okay and sometimes it’s a necessity.

It’s so important to pray and ask God to reveal His identity for you. Get to know what His Word says and spend time asking Him about your specific identity. What does He call you?

Recently, I was contemplating quitting modeling. At times, I was feeling bad about myself again and started questioning if God had really reopened this door. But then I realized my focus had shifted. I asked myself, “Am I bringing Him glory or just enjoying people’s praise?” I had been caught up in the enemy’s condemnation. That’s why we must model for God’s glory, not our own. When pride leads, we end up hurt. But when it’s for God’s glory, we take the focus off ourselves. I found myself praying, “God, I only want to continue modeling if it’s Your will. Only if it brings You glory. Let everything I do be for Your glory.”

Soon after, I received this beautiful opportunity to share my story with you. I encourage you to pursue what God lays on your heart. He needs us to shine His light and share His love in all areas. But like any opportunity, if you are called to modeling, be cautious about who you work with or for. Remember your identity, Who you are representing, and always remember your worth.

It has been said, “Where God guides, He provides!” Let the Holy Spirit guide you while you build connections, whether online or in person. I’ve also heard, “Attempt great things for God, expect great things from God!” If He calls you to modeling, it won’t always be easy, but He will certainly bless it. Stay open to the doors He opens and expect good things.

Woman’s Modern A Faithfullywaiting

Guide to Christ-Centered Dating

Biblical wisdom, real-life insight, and the courage to pursue love with purpose.

In a culture that often celebrates instant gratification and superficial connections, dating as a Christian woman can feel both confusing and discouraging. For women between the ages of twenty-five and forty-five, the pressure to settle down can be overwhelming. But God’s timing is not dictated by the expectations of society. Whether you are in your late twenties or entering a new chapter of dating in your forties, the calling remains the same: to date with wisdom, faith, and intention.

Scripture provides us with a framework for love that is rooted in truth and character. Proverbs 31:10-3, gives a portrait of a woman who is strong, dignified, and wise. These are traits that grow more valuable with time, not less. “Strength and honor are her clothing, and she will rejoice in time to come” (Proverbs 31:25, MEV). The call to become this kind of woman is foundational. Before pursuing a godly relationship, it is vital to pursue godly growth.

Many women have been encouraged to simply wait for the right man to arrive, but the truth is, preparation is just as important as patience. Who you are becoming while you wait matters

deeply. The waiting season is not a punishment; it is an opportunity. A woman who devotes herself to spiritual maturity, emotional healing, and personal development is not only honoring God. She is also preparing herself for a healthy and lasting relationship.

Dating with purpose means being clear about your goals. If you are dating because you desire marriage, say so. It is not desperate; it is honest. It sets expectations and helps both individuals discern compatibility. “Write the vision, and

make it plain on tablets, that he who reads it may run” (Habakkuk 2:2, MEV). Marriage, is an important life choice, let your intention be known early on.

In modern dating, attraction is often emphasized more than compatibility. While attraction is important and should not be ignored, it cannot be the only foundation. Shared faith, values, communication styles, and life goals are the ingredients of a relationship that will thrive through seasons of change. A man’s character

and walk with God will have a greater impact on your future than appearance or charm ever could.

As you pursue a relationship, do not walk the journey alone. Build a strong support system around you. Include friends and family who understand your faith and values, and who can offer wisdom when emotions are high. Seek out mentorship and leadership within your church. Trusted voices can help you navigate difficult decisions and discern what is truly right for you. “Where there is no counsel, the people fall; but in the multitude of counselors there is safety” (Proverbs 11:14, MEV).

If you are entering the dating scene later in life, you are not behind. You are not forgotten. You are not less worthy of love. In fact, you are likely more equipped with experience, maturity, and spiritual insight than ever before. It is important to approach dating with clarity and confidence while also remaining open to new beginnings. Do not settle simply because it seems that others are moving forward without you. Marriage is a lifelong covenant. It is not something to rush into for the sake of appearances or timelines.

In the meantime, use this season to thrive. Cultivate the gifts God has placed inside of you. Deepen your prayer life. Serve your community. Pursue emotional health and healing. These are not just distractions. They are the building blocks of the life you are creating. The right man

will not complete you. He will complement what God is already doing in you.

When seeking a husband, look for someone who leads with humility, loves sacrificially, and walks in obedience to God. “Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for it” (Ephesians 5:25, MEV). Marriage is not about perfection, but about partnership in God’s purpose. A godly husband is not just a provider. He is a spiritual leader, a protector and a servant.

Likewise, becoming a wife is not simply about a nice wedding and a dream honeymoon. It is about becoming a woman who speaks life, shows grace, and walks in strength and wisdom. A godly wife builds her home with prayer, peace, and purpose. Her beauty is not just in how she looks, but in how she loves.

Dating as a woman of faith requires courage, clarity, and conviction. Trust that the same God who formed your heart knows how to fulfill it. Love may not come when you expect it, but when it does, let it find you whole, confident, and grounded in Christ.

Your story is still being written. Continue becoming the woman God created you to be, and when the right man arrives, may he recognize in you a reflection of God’s grace and glory.

THE POWER OF ENCOURAGING OTHERS

Her Prayers Lifted Her Dad…

Her Words Lifted Others

Katie Polychroni has always been a steadfast encourager, a real lifter of hearts - faithfully cheering others on, even while quietly carrying more than most ever knew. Life had already tested her resilience, but nothing compared to the crisis that came without warning. When the storm raged and fear pressed in, her faith rose louder than the chaos, becoming an unshakeable beacon of hope that shone fiercely through the darkness. And through that faith, God moved miraculously.

When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles.

Psalm 34:17

In January 2021, my dad was struck with Covid Pneumonia and lay unconscious on a ventilator for four and a half months, dependant on 100% oxygen. The doctors did all they could, but their words gave very little hope. When the first tracheostomy failed, I faced the heartbreaking question: “Do we keep fighting - or do we let go?” Everyone around me seemed to give up - But I couldn’t. More importantly, God didn’t. I clung tightly to my faith. Though the second tracheostomy worked, the most difficult part of the journey was yet to come.

A Cry for Help, A God Who Answers

While my dad battled for his life, my faith was being tested and refined. I carried the emotional weight, yet through that intense trial, my faith deepened and grew stronger. I reached out to a local church and asked to pray alone in the quiet. The moment I sat down, I cried my heart out to Jesus to save my dad’s life. As Psalm 34:17 encourages, “When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles.” In that sacred moment, Jesus - whom I have loved since childhood - met me. He comforted me with unexplainable peace, and the heavy weight began to lift.

Miracles and Unwavering Hope

After what felt like an eternity, the miracle came - my dad woke up. Against all odds, God saved him. Though alive, he had no memory, had lost all muscle strength, and relied on a feeding tube. Doctors said he would never eat again, and he felt hopeless. Yet I held on, believing God wouldn’t bring us this far to abandon us. I leaned on the God of endurance - the One who gives us strength to keep going and hope to keep believing. I trusted that God would complete his healing and within weeks, he started eating. One miracle at a time, his recovery became a powerful testimony to God’s unfailing love and faithfulness.

Walking the Path Alone but Never Alone

As a single woman by choice, I walked much of this journey alone, depending fully on God. My sister, who has special needs, requires care from my mother, and with my parents divorced, I didn’t have a traditional family unit to rely on. Yet in that isolation, God was my constant sustainer.

If you are walking through a difficult season, don’t lose faith. Cling to God through uncertain paths.

You don’t have to carry your burdens alone - God is your source of strength. Faith isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about trusting God when the way is unclear. The greatest breakthroughs often rise from the deepest valleys.

Practical Steps to Stay Anchored as an Encourager

• Stay connected to community, and be gentle with your own heart - It’s okay to admit when you’re hurting. It takes courage to seek help from others. Find a church family or friends to encourage you. As Romans 15:5 encourages us, “May the God of endurance and encouragement grant you to live in such harmony with one another, in accord with Christ Jesus.”

• Lean on prayer - Raw and desperate prayers are heard by God. Don’t be afraid to be honest in your cries. As Psalm 34:18 comforts us, “The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit”

• Trust God’s timing - Healing and breakthroughs don’t always come quickly, but God is working behind the scenes. As Habakkuk 2:3 promises, “For still the vision awaits its appointed time; it hastens to the end - it will not lie. If it seems slow, wait for it, it will surely come; it will not delay.”

Encouragement for Every Woman in Christ

You don’t need to have it all perfectly together to be an encourager. True encouragement comes from those who have walked through the fire and found God faithful on the other side. Keep encouraging others, even if you feel weak. Your words might be the very lifeline God uses to refresh both them and you. Proverbs 11:25 encourages us, “Whoever brings blessing will be enriched, and one who waters will himself be watered.” Hold onto this promise and keep the faith - your miracle is on its way.

GALILEE

HOW THIS MARKETPLACE PLATFORM IS CHANGING THE GAME… AND THE WOMAN BEHIND IT

GALILEE LIFE

When you hear the name Galilee Life, it’s impossible not to think of faith, purpose, and a bold entrepreneurial spirit. Behind the brand, Neivis Paulino’s journey reflects the depths of her faith, her dedication to God’s calling, and her relentless drive to build a business that honors Him. But her path to creating Galilee Life wasn’t always clear—it was a journey of obedience, faith, and profound transformation.

Proverbs 3:5-6

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.”

Raised in the projects of Brooklyn, this founder grew up in a Christian home where her parents instilled in her values that continue to shape her life today. “I was raised by two incredible parents who loved the Lord and taught my sisters and me to do the same. From a young age, my life was rooted in faith,” she shares. Those values, honesty, integrity, compassion, and a healthy fear of the Lord, served as the foundation for her worldview and decisions, both personally and professionally.

“My faith is everything. It’s not just a part of my life; it is my life,” she explains. For this entrepreneur, faith is the lens through which every decision is made. And it’s this unwavering faith that led her to the creation of Galilee Life.

In a moment that would change the course of her life, she received what could only be described as a divine prompting. While working at a cancer research facility and running a small online store as a hobby, God planted a powerful vision in her heart. “I was mailing out a package one day, and I felt this prompting in my spirit, as if God was asking, ‘Why not create something that glorifies Me alone?’” The answer came immediately: Galilee. A region known for being the backdrop of Jesus’ ministry, miracles, and teachings. This wasn’t a random choice—it was God’s call. She took a leap of faith, trusting that obedience would lead to something greater than she could have ever imagined.

That pivotal moment wasn’t just the birth of a new business; it was a calling that forever shifted her perspective. “Saying yes to God changed everything,” she reflects. “Obedience doesn’t always come with clarity, but it always comes with purpose.”

Building Galilee Life came with its challenges, and fear was a constant companion, especially in the beginning. “What if no one comes?” she recalls asking herself. “What if I build something, and it doesn’t grow?” But through it all, she found comfort in the reminder that obedience isn’t measured by visible success but by faithfulness. “I wasn’t called to chase numbers. I was called to plant seeds. God was calling me to create something eternal, where the goal isn’t just growth, but impact,” she says.

Her faith-based marketplace is unique because it centers not just on business transactions but on people’s hearts. “At Galilee Life, we’re building something that reflects God’s love in every interaction whether it’s a prayer whispered before packing an order or a handwritten note that speaks God’s truth. We teach our vendors that their customers are more than buyers, they are hearts divinely placed in their paths,” she shares.

The marketplace goes beyond selling products, it’s a place where faith is actively integrated into every aspect of the business. It’s a sacred space for vendors and customers alike. The company’s foundation is rooted firmly in Jesus, ensuring that each vendor and customer experience God’s love in the most authentic way.

This strong faith isn’t limited to business, it also extends to how she leads and builds relationships. Her husband, Waikiki, is one of her greatest sources of inspiration. His steadfast faith and leadership consistently point her back to God. "Through him, I’ve learned what it looks like to lead with firmness and grace,” she says. Together, they’ve nurtured a life that blends love, faith, and purpose.

Through her entrepreneurial journey, she has learned the value of staying grounded. “I emptied most of my closet to create a dedicated prayer space—just for the Lord and me. It’s become our sacred place of communion, where I can come as I am, completely vulnerable, unfiltered, and fully known. In this space, I share my deepest secrets, lay down my burdens, and find comfort in His presence,” she says. This intimate communion with God has kept her grounded during the inevitable ups and downs of entrepreneurship.

“Beyond that space, I intentionally surround myself with people who speak truth and life into me, those who remind me of God’s promises when I need encouragement the most. Staying grounded for me isn’t just about discipline, it’s about constantly returning to the One who holds it all together,” she says.

One scripture that continually speaks to her is Proverbs 3:5-6: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.”

She describes this verse as an anchor, especially when the road ahead feels unclear or overwhelming. “This verse reminds me to trust in God’s wisdom even when I feel unsure. It’s a promise that He’s in control, and that’s something I hold tightly to,” she shares.

As she reflects on her work, the greatest reward has been witnessing the transformation of others. “The most fulfilling moments are hearing the testimonies of vendors who have found healing, community, and spiritual growth,” she shares. “It’s a reminder that Galilee Life is more than a marketplace; it’s a ministry.”

Her business is not just about making a profit, it’s about making an impact. And her legacy is clear: it’s not about building an empire, but about serving others with humility and pointing them to Christ. “Success to me is obedience to Christ. If I’m walking in step with God, that’s success,” she says.

Galilee Life is more than just a business, it’s a ministry, a faith-driven mission to create a space for others to flourish. As she looks to the future, she envisions it as a global hub for Christian entrepreneurship, offering mentorship, resources, and community to Kingdom-minded businesses. “I see Galilee Life as a place where entrepreneurs can grow, not just in business, but in their faith,” she says.

In her journey, she has learned that success isn’t found in numbers, but in hearts touched by the love of Christ. “God’s greatest concern isn’t how much we accumulate, but how many souls we help draw closer to Him,” she states with conviction.

For those looking to follow in her footsteps, her advice is simple but profound: “Don’t wait until it’s perfect. Start with what God has placed in your hands. He equips those He calls.”

As Galilee Life continues to grow, one thing is clear: this faith-driven entrepreneur is just getting started. Her journey is a testament to the power of obedience, the strength of faith, and the profound impact of a business built on love and purpose.

ONE BRAVE STEP THAT’S ALL IT TAKES

God’s Invitation to Awaken Your Hope

Sarah de Orlando began her journey as an engineer, sharp, focused and driven. But beneath the equations and efficiency, a deeper calling stirred. She longed to help women uncover their purpose and rise into the fullness of who they were meant to be. Her heart burned to encourage others, and that fire refused to fade.

Stepping away from a stable career wasn’t easy. Launching a coaching business, one built on purpose, faith, and bold transformation, meant stepping into the unknown. But Sarah was ready. She became known as the Chief-Hope-Giver, a powerful voice for women birthing new dreams. The road was uncertain, but one thing was clear: her heart to uplift others was here to stay.

I never planned on becoming an author. Or a coach. I was an engineer, and that seemed like the smart, stable path. But my heart? My heart dreamed beyond the three walls of my beige cubicle.

“You’ve got a big heart for an engineer.”

My friend, Angie, meant it as a compliment, but her words rattled something inside me. What if I was made for more than crunching numbers and inspecting concrete foundations? What if God had something for me that made both my mind and spirit come alive? What if there was more?

I sensed a shift in 2019. Get ready, the Lord whispered. I hoped it meant moving our family overseas to Europe back to my beloved Poland, where I had lived years prior.

At the time, I was secretly writing the first draft of Love Letters from Poland. I thought I’d be an engineer by day and a writer by night. And even if I wanted to leave engineering, it felt impossible. My husband and I were paying off over $256,000 in debt. I told myself changing careers would be reckless and that my dreams weren’t practical.

But God has a way of bringing things to light.

“You come alive leading your Bible study, babe,” my husband observed one evening.

And he was right. Every week, no matter how exhausted I felt, I wanted to tidy the house, light a few candles, and set out my tea box and mug collection. The women got hugs and settled into my living room, and we opened our Bibles. What I had dismissed as just a way to serve at church, was actually the thing that gave me the most life.

“Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart.” Psalm 37:4 ESV

I started to wonder: What if the longing wasn’t something to push aside? What if it was an invitation? I kept seeking signs from the Lord, praying, and hoping there was more for my heart to encourage women.

The Journey to Awaken Hope

My newest book, Awaken Hope, released this year, was born out of that same longing—one not just for my own life, but for the women around me.

Originally, I thought I could take excerpts from my memoir, add reflections and Bible verses, and quickly have a new book to publish. But the Lord had other plans. What was supposed to be a few months turned into a three-year journey of starting, stopping, and starting again. I wrestled with doubt. A writing coach encouraged me, while an editor crushed my confidence. The manuscript sat untouched for a year.

Then God nudged me in a different direction.

Instead of trying to write, he prompted me to listen— to collect stories of women who had met him in their valleys. As I interviewed them, something shifted.

I realized Awaken Hope wasn’t just about my story—it was about our stories.

These women echoed what I had felt: stuck, unseen, afraid to hope again. They were weary, longing for rest but unsure how to find it. They wanted to believe God was still near, still writing a good story with their lives but doubt and discouragement held them back.

Through their stories, I saw something beautiful: even in life’s hardest places, God was present. Even in the waiting, he was speaking. Even in the valleys, there was an invitation to hope, walking through the valleys with Jesus.

And suddenly, I saw it: This was what I had been doing all along in my coaching.

More Than a Book—A Calling

Coaching women isn’t about handing them a formula for a better life. It’s about helping them remember who God is, who they are, and what He has called them to. It’s about creating space for them to breathe, to rest, to trust.

But more than that it’s about helping them discover the courage to act.

Because deep down, they know—they’ve felt the stirrings, the dreams, the quiet nudges in their spirit. The ideas that seem to come from nowhere, the callings they can’t quite shake, the moments when they hear, What if there’s more?

And there is more.

The desires in their heart aren’t random or meaningless. They were planted there long ago by our good and loving Father. Sometimes, all it takes is a little courage to take the first step and to believe that God isn’t finished writing your story. He will meet you there.

If that’s you, let me encourage you: this valley is not the end of your story.

And maybe that’s where you are now. Maybe you’re frozen in a season of discouragement. Maybe you’re afraid to hope again. Maybe you wonder if you’ll ever feel fully alive.

You are not forgotten. You are not too far gone. Hope is not lost. It’s not anchored in circumstances, but in our unchanging God.

If you’re longing to feel alive again, to walk in God’s calling, to hope again, I invite you to take a step forward. Read the stories in Awaken Hope. Let them remind you of God’s faithfulness. And if you need someone to walk alongside you, that’s why I’m here. Coaching isn’t just my work it’s my calling. And it would be my joy to help you step into yours.

Remember, your story isn’t over God is calling you to step forward in courage.

Awaken your hope

Memorize Romans 15:13 - “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.” Pray it. Believe it. Live it out.

Baby Booties Campaign Shines Light on Abortion Survivors

Returning this August, the Australian Christian Lobby’s Baby Booties initiative will confront Australians with thousands of shoes, each symbolising a newborn who breathed but received no care after abortion. CEO Michelle Pearse cites hospital deliveries at 16-22 weeks, where living infants are deemed “pre-viable” and left to die. Nationally, 88 000 pregnancies end in abortion each year. Queensland records 328 such live births between 2010 and 2020. Midwife Louise Adsett’s 2024 parliamentary testimony described babies “gasping for air,” underscoring the urgency. Dr. Elisha Broom, representing RANZCOG, noted current legislation allows this outcome. ACL previously helped alter a New South Wales abortion bill, demonstrating strategic advocacy’s impact. Federal measures to safeguard survivors still face resistance. Pearse urges Christians to “seek justice” and defend the voiceless. The renewed campaign aims to turn conviction into action.

BEAUTY FOR ASHES, SECOND CHANCES, AND NEW BEGINNINGS

“Though my wounds ran deep, His well was deeper.”
Deborah

Before Deborah Rutherford ever picked up a makeup brush, she carried the weight of a painful past, an alcoholic father, the deep wounds of abuse, and a constant hunger for love and acceptance. For years, she believed that the approval of others could heal what was broken inside. But everything shifted when she had a life-changing encounter with God, one that revealed her true worth and identity in Christ. In the story that follows, Deborah shares how her journey from pain to purpose now shapes the way she helps women see not just their outer beauty, but the radiant presence of Christ within.

But whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.

–John 4:14 NKJV

We know we are God’s beautiful daughters when we see ourselves as He sees us. He is our beholder and beholds us.

But I didn’t always believe this.

I remember praying as tears streamed, hoping to drown out the angry voices within the house. Although God did not save me from my father’s alcoholism, He provided me with the gift of writing. Putting pen to paper was my lifeline to the Lord despite my rebellion at 16. Trauma from a relative’s sexual abuse, alongside my chaotic household, caused me to mistake God for those who hurt me.

By not following God, I wandered into trouble and battled bulimia, depression, and anger. Everything changed when God gave me my husband, musician Don Rutherford. We had a band in the bustling music and poetry scene of Los Angeles in the ‘90s. Don and I then shifted to film and television as makeup artists.

I was working on location in Budapest. One evening, while skyping with my husband, he said he was reading the Bible. I wanted to read too. He said, “You’re in a hotel; look in the drawers.” Behold, there was a Bible. The Holy Spirit whooshed into me as I perused the Scriptures. The stories of the paralytic, the bleeding woman, and a woman at the well reminded me that Jesus was a healer. (How could I have forgotten?)

Jesus drew me in like water from the well. Regardless of my disgrace, Jesus loved me. He waited for my wearisome bones to

arrive, transforming my ridden soul, a wasteland made sacred. My innocence was reborn as Jesus healed me, rescuing me from despair and defeat.

Though my wounds ran deep, His well was deeper. His living water was mine to drink.

We all share the experience of being lost, born in exile from our Father. But His Son Jesus Christ reconciles us to the Father. This is our incredible rescue story of redemption.

God restored me to my rightful position as His daughter. Other lovely restoration gifts have come my way, including my writing.

We moved to Georgia, and I suffered from Sensory Hearing Loss. While recovering, the pandemic began. During this transformative period, God directed me to share my faith. I launched the Behold-Her Beauty Blog and Podcast, a platform where women express their experiences and find their worth as God’s beautiful daughters, fashioned in Imago Dei’s image.

I struggled with my body and appearance and how that aligned with my faith far into my adult years. As I worried about belonging, I felt pressured to change my style and shape. I was looking for validation and love when I had them all along from God. So that’s the secret right there. We have to recognize God the Father through his Son, Jesus. Once we realize who

I am becoming the woman God made me to be.

we belong to and our identity in Christ is secure, then we can address and replace the lies that we, others, the world, or Satan tell us.

It is natural for us to want to be pretty. God designed us to be beautiful and to create beauty. This becomes a stumbling block if we do not balance our innerouter beauty connection. If we ignore our bodies and center only on our inner beauty, we won’t be able to serve God to the best of our abilities. If we obsess over our outer appearance, we may lose track of what’s within and become hollow and selfish. We have the potential to be beautiful inside out.

Makeup can increase our confidence, but it’s essential to implement a beauty plan that honors God. This means using cosmetics to respect and enhance our natural beauty. While our complexion is luminous, our reflection radiates Christ.

With or without makeup, you are valuable and worthy. You are a lovely creation of God, and nothing diminishes your worth.

God wonderfully made each of us, knowing the strands of our hair before the foundation of the world and in our mother’s womb. (Psalm 139:14).

After God created Adam and Eve, He saw all He had made on the sixth day and said it was good (Genesis 1:31). The word ‘good’ translates to ‘towb’ in the original Hebrew language and means beautiful. We are God’s beloved, beautiful daughters.

I want wayward daughters to know God loves them, redeemed prodigals to understand they are not alone, and those who have prodigals to keep praying and watching.

Out of my ashes, God brought beauty, making all things new, my writing, womanhood, and makeup artistry, for his glory and kingdom.

I am becoming the woman God made me to be. While I still slip and sin, I repent and confess. God resets me, and I am at peace again.

The Almighty’s kindness is boundless. I praise Him for beauty for ashes, second chances, and new beginnings.

The best part? These dresses don’t demand effort—they create it. They move with grace, flatter without fuss, and feel as beautiful as they look. Just add a touch of gloss, a low bun, and your favorite sandals, and you’re ready to go.

HABITS THAT BUILD

A Life of Success and the Biblical Wisdom Behind Them

What if the path to success wasn’t about working hard and doing more, but about what truly matters operating with faith, intention and purpose?

In a world that glorifies hustle and celebrates being “booked and busy,” it’s easy to confuse movement with progress. But if you look closely at the habits of truly successful people, especially those grounded in faith, you’ll find something different. Their success isn’t driven by chaos or constant striving. It’s fueled by discipline, clarity, and spiritual alignment.

Here are five practical, life-shaping habits that drive real success and the timeless Christian principles that give them deeper meaning.

Time Blocking: Stewarding Your Hours Like Sacred Resources

We all get the same 24 hours in a day. The difference? How we use them. Time blocking is the simple act of assigning specific time slots to tasks throughout your day. Think of it as creating “appointments” with your purpose whether that’s writing a proposal, prepping dinner, or spending quiet time with God. It replaces reactive living with intentional structure.

Biblical wisdom: “Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.” Psalm 90:12

Time blocking reflects godly stewardship. When we view our time as a gift from God, we become more careful not to waste it on distractions. Success begins when our schedule reflects our values.

Journaling: Hearing God's Voice and Clarifying Your Own

Journaling isn’t just for dreamers. It’s a powerful tool for selfawareness, processing, and spiritual alignment. It allows you to capture prayers, track growth, and clarify goals. Many successful women journal daily, using it as a compass to align their outer world with their inner convictions.

Try this: Start your day with 10 minutes of writing. Reflect on what God is teaching you, your emotional state, your goals, or even your fears.

Biblical wisdom: “Write the vision; make it plain on tablets, so he may run who reads it.” —Habakkuk 2:2

Writing brings clarity. It allows us to partner with God’s vision for our life and hold ourselves accountable to it.

Planning Your Week: Preparing with Purpose, Not Panic

Success doesn’t start on Monday, it starts on Sunday night. Planning your week in advance, even just for 30 minutes, helps you enter your days with clarity, not chaos. Look at your goals, block out priorities, delegate tasks, and protect time for rest and family.

Biblical wisdom: “For which of you, desiring to build a tower, does not first sit down and count the cost, whether he has enough to complete it?”

—Luke 14:28

Planning is not a lack of faith, it’s an expression of wisdom. God calls us to be intentional, to prepare, and to honor our time by using it well.

Leveraging Tools Like Zapier: Working Smarter, Not Harder

Technology can be a distraction yes, but it can also be a tool for kingdom-minded excellence. Tools like Todoist, Notion or Zapier automate repetitive tasks (like sending reminders, updating spreadsheets, or syncing calendars), freeing you to focus on higher-impact work.

Imagine writing your devotional or mentoring others instead of manually sending follow-up emails or posting content.

Biblical wisdom: “Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.” —Proverbs 16:3

Automation isn’t laziness, it’s strategy. Delegating mundane tasks lets you focus on your calling and operate with focus and excellence.

Micro-Learning: Grow Daily, Not All at Once

The world is changing fast. To stay relevant and sharp, commit to micro-learning, consuming small doses of knowledge daily. This might be a 10-minute podcast, a Bible teaching, a chapter of a leadership book, or an online mini-course.

The key is consistency. Little by little becomes a lot.

Biblical wisdom: “The heart of the discerning acquires knowledge, for the ears of the wise seek it out.”

—Proverbs 18:15

Success often comes not from what we know, but from our willingness to keep learning. Stay teachable, stay curious, and keep growing both professionally and spiritually.

The Faith-Filled Path to Success

You don’t have to choose between ambition and alignment. Between structure and spirit. God’s plan for your life includes both fruitfulness and rest, both excellence and surrender. Success, in His kingdom, is not defined by fame or fortune but by faithful stewardship of what He’s placed in your hands.

These habits, time blocking, journaling, planning, smart tools, and learning, aren’t just life hacks. They’re spiritual disciplines when done with the right heart. When we build our routines on biblical truth and wisdom, success becomes not just achievable, but sustainable.

Because success isn’t about doing everything. It’s about doing the right things on purpose, with purpose, and for God’s glory.

TURNING DIVINE DOWNLOADS INTO KINGDOM BUSINESSES

Niccie Kliegl is no ordinary business coach. Her incredible success in helping entrepreneurs build thriving businesses comes down to one powerful foundation: God. Her approach blends proven business strategies with uncompromising Biblical principles, offering a framework for success that honors purpose and profit. In this article, Niccie shares some of her most impactful strategies and techniques as if you were one of her private clients.

It’s one of the questions I hear most often from women of faith navigating entrepreneurship: “Can I really build a business that honors God, serves others, and supports my family?” The answer? A wholehearted yes but not through hustle alone.

The most successful women I coach aren’t building alone. They partner with God for purpose and direction. Seeking His vision, leaning into His peace, and walking in Spirit-led power. In my book, The Learning Legacy, I outline five stages that shape a God-partnered path to business success: Identity, Systems, Marketing, Giving, and Legacy. These aren’t just steps, they’re invitations to align your entrepreneurial dreams with eternal impact.

It all begins with identity and purpose. Before you ever choose a brand color or build a product suite, you must get clear on your divine purpose. Who has God called you to serve? What pain have you overcome that He now wants to use for good? What the enemy means for harm, God uses for good. John 10:10. Your story, messy and miraculous is the very soil your business is meant to grow in. You’re not just building a business; you’re stewarding a calling.

As you sit with that truth, take a moment to write your God-centered vision statement. What is your “why”? Who are you prophetically called to serve? What transformation are you called to usher in through your work? Put it in writing. Let it become your compass. I use the well-known 8 steps of branding, with God’s prophetic power to reach more and stand out from competitors.

Let the Holy Spirit guide your strategies…

With purpose clarified, we move to the power of structure. The idea is to build systems that serve. God is not the author of confusion. He is the God of divine order, and your business thrives best when it reflects that. “A scattered business turns people away and often leads to burnout. A structured business—led by the Spirit—builds momentum.”

Too many women are exhausted not because they’re lazy but because their vision lacks structure. Instead of trying to do all the things, simplify. Start with one clear offer. Map out the entire journey a client will take with you, from the moment they discover your work to the moment their life is transformed.

This is where strategy meets Spirit-led. Think about the journey your ideal client takes. What ignites their curiosity? What nurtures trust? What offer invites them into a deeper transformation? Take some time to map that journey from spark to flame to blaze. Let that framework shape your systems and simplify your work.

But clarity alone doesn’t attract clients, connection does. And that’s where marketing becomes anchored in your message and mission. Done right, marketing is simply serving through

storytelling. Speak from the heart. Share your experiences. Be willing to show not only your highlight reel but your healing process. People don’t connect to polish, they connect to authenticity and purpose.

Now ask yourself: What are three to five themes you want to be known for? These will become your anchors, consistent messages that show up across your content, your platforms, and your conversations. Choose a quote, a testimony, or a truth each week and let it ripple through your podcast, your posts, your emails, even your reels. One message, many echoes.

The fourth stage is one the world often overlooks, but the Kingdom celebrates: giving. God’s economy runs on generosity. You don’t wait until you “arrive” to give, you give now, as a faithful steward. Generosity is the soil of Kingdom multiplication. Tithe from your business. Offer encouragement, prayer, and help freely, it builds community and credibility. Be available for divine interruptions, those moments when God nudges you to serve someone who’s not on your calendar but is most certainly on His.

of why you do what you do and who it’s meant to bless. For example: “I help women build faithfueled businesses so they can bless their families and transform their communities for Christ.” Take time to write yours today. Let it become your anthem.

This week, don’t just think about giving, schedule it. Choose one way to give intentionally. Maybe it’s mentoring a younger entrepreneur, offering a free resource, or praying with someone who needs encouragement. Put it on your calendar. When you make space to give, you make space for God to move.

And finally, we arrive at legacy. A God-partnered business isn’t just about income, it’s about eternal influence. What are you building that will bear fruit long after you’re gone? Legacy isn’t just something you leave, it’s something you live. Celebrate every testimony. Revisit your vision often. Let God refine it, renew it, and reignite it as you grow.

I encourage every woman I mentor to write her Legacy Statement. Just one sentence. A declaration

If God called you to this path, He will equip you for it. (Hebrews 13:21) The dream in your heart isn’t just possible, it’s purposeful. So don’t build alone. Partner with the Trinity, lift your decisions, your doubts, and your data to Him. Let the Holy Spirit guide your strategies, your marketing, your growth and your next steps.

Because at the end of the day, your greatest success won’t be measured by what you build but by who you become along the way.

Your business is a ministry.

Your calling is holy.

And your legacy is already in motion.

INSPIRED BIBLE COVERS… GOD’S ETERNAL WORDS

In a world filled with distractions, there's something profoundly sacred about holding a Bible that stirs your heart before you’ve even opened its pages. At the heart of Hosanna Revival is this simple yet transformative idea: that beauty can be a doorway to encountering God.

Founded in 2015 by the visionary artist and designer Katie Guiliano, Hosanna Revival began as a deeply personal project. While studying in Spain, Katie looked at her plain black Bible and felt a disconnect between the beauty she experienced in God’s Word and the way it was presented. With a paintbrush in hand and a passion for design, she reimagined her Bible’s exterior to reflect the vibrant life within its pages. What began as a creative experiment soon bloomed into a fullfledged ministry now impacting thousands of lives around the world.

At Hosanna Revival, every Bible is thoughtfully designed to capture the awe of Scripture. These are not just tools for reading, they’re heirlooms, gifts, and vessels of hope. The artistry, led by Katie herself, is not just about aesthetics; it’s about invitation. Each cover is a visual echo of God’s creativity, drawing the reader into an intimate encounter with the Word.

But this mission isn’t driven by beauty alone. It’s grounded in purpose. Hosanna Revival believes that Scripture is alive, that it transforms, and that every person deserves to feel pursued by the love of Jesus. That’s why each product is crafted with intentionality to remind readers they are seen, loved, and invited into deeper communion with Christ.

Katie’s husband Nick joined the mission just before their wedding, leaving the corporate world behind to help grow the company. He now oversees the operations and ensures that each resource is used wisely in pursuit of the greater vision. They lead a passionate team with a shared goal: to make the Word of God as approachable as it is life-changing.

Together, Katie and Nick have nurtured more than a business, they’ve cultivated a ministry that sees beauty not as decoration, but as a divine invitation. Through their Bibles and tools, Hosanna Revival reminds us that God is not only the Author of Truth but also the Master Artist and every page of His Word is a canvas of grace waiting to be explored. From its humble beginnings to a thriving creative ministry, Hosanna Revival continues to prove that when beauty in art and truth meet, hearts are revived, and lives are forever changed.

RADIANT AGING FROM THE INSIDE OUT

My Perspective on NAD+

Clarisa Patterson, Anti-Aging Dermatology Specialist, explores the powerful benefits of NAD and its remarkable impact on vitality and cellular rejuvenation.

In my work as a specialist in anti-aging dermatology, I’ve always believed that true beauty begins at the cellular level. In recent years, one molecule has stood out in both clinical research and patient results NAD+. As the world of integrative beauty and age-conscious living continues to evolve, few discoveries have intrigued me more.

I first came across NAD+ short for Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide, while researching advanced longevity protocols for my patients. This naturally occurring coenzyme exists in every single cell of the body and plays a crucial role in processes like energy metabolism, DNA repair, and overall cellular resilience. In many ways, NAD+ is the fuel that powers our mitochondria, the microscopic engines that drive cell function and vitality.

"NAD+ isn’t just about living longer it’s about looking and feeling your best as you do."

But here’s the challenge: NAD+ declines with age. And this isn’t just a theoretical concern, I've seen the effects in my patients. As levels drop, we begin to notice the symptoms we often associate with aging: sluggish metabolism, mental fog, chronic inflammation, and of course, reduced skin firmness and glow. By midlife, it’s not unusual for NAD+ levels to be less than half of what they were in our twenties.

So how do we replenish it?

While supplementing with pure NAD+ sounds ideal, the reality is that absorption through the digestive system is limited. Fortunately, science

has identified precursors, molecules that convert into NAD+ more efficiently in the body. These have quickly become part of my recommended wellness protocols:

• Nicotinamide Riboside (NR) – A clinically studied compound I’ve seen support mitochondrial function, boost NAD+ levels, and even enhance skin and cognitive performance.

• Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMN) – One of the most promising NAD+ precursors for improving metabolic health and slowing signs of biological aging.

• Niacin and Tryptophan – Found naturally in a balanced diet, these nutrients contribute gradually to NAD+ production and remain key in overall health.

For my clients who seek not just a longer life, but a better, more vibrant one, these compounds are often a silent staple behind the scenes.

What fascinates me most is that while researchers explore NAD+ for its neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory properties, the beauty world is now tuning in to its role in collagen synthesis, skin repair, and cellular rejuvenation. In other words, NAD+ isn’t just about living longer, it’s about looking and feeling your best as you do.

In our current wellness culture where prevention, longevity, and aesthetics intersect, NAD+ is redefining the standard. It's not just about topical treatments or superfoods anymore. It’s about supporting the body from within, empowering our innate systems of renewal.

In my own practice and personal regimen, NAD+ has earned its place beside daily essentials like matcha, mindfulness, and mineral-rich serums. It’s an exciting time in dermatology, and I believe NAD+ is at the forefront of a new, radiant future for aging well.

Editor’s Note: As with all supplementation, it is essential to consult with a qualified healthcare provider to determine individual suitability and dosage. Quality and purity should guide your product choices— look for clinical transparency and third-party testing.

THE JOYFUL REVOLUTION OF CHRISTIAN COMEDY

How Women Are Reclaiming the Mic One Laugh at a Time

In a world that often equates humor with cynicism or impropriety, Christian comedy has emerged as a refreshing alternative: uplifting, spiritually grounded, and joyfully clean. While comedy has long been a male-dominated space, a growing number of women, fueled by faith and a sense of divine calling, are stepping confidently into the spotlight. Their voices are diverse, their styles unique, but their message is united. Laughter is holy. Joy is strength. Comedy can be a form of ministry.

Today’s Christian comedians are redefining what it means to be both funny and faith-filled. They are unafraid to talk about real life, including relationships, parenting, culture, and the church, yet they do so without compromising their values. As Scripture reminds us, “A merry heart does good, like medicine, but a broken spirit dries the bones” (Proverbs 17:22, NKJV). For women navigating the pressures of society, faith, and personal expectations, laughter becomes more than entertainment. It becomes healing.

There has been a noticeable cultural shift. Clean comedy is gaining momentum, not only in churches but also across theaters, online platforms, and media outlets. As audiences grow weary of entertainment filled with negativity or shock value, many are seeking humor that uplifts rather than tears down. Social media has played a major role in this shift, serving as a launchpad for Christian comedians to reach global audiences through videos, skits, and storytelling that highlight faith with both authenticity and skill.

Yet the journey is not without its challenges. Christian comedians, especially women, often face the unique task of being both spiritually grounded and genuinely funny. Some receive criticism from faith communities uncertain about humor as a ministry. Others encounter limited opportunities in mainstream spaces for clean, value-driven comedy. Still, doors are opening. For those who are committed, creative, and rooted in Christ, there is both room and reward.

The WOMEN LEADING the Way in FAITH-FILLED COMEDY

These eight women are not just comedians. They are communicators of truth, carriers of joy, and cultural trailblazers using laughter as a form of light. Each brings something uniquely powerful to the world of Christian comedy—proving that humor can be holy, healing, and heard in places where faith once had no microphone. Together, these women are redefining what it means to be funny, faithful, and female on the stage of influence.

Sylvia Traymore Morrison made history as the first African American female impressionist and the first Black female associate writer for Saturday Night Live. Her clean, impression-filled comedy not only entertained but opened doors for women of color in a space where few were welcomed. Her voice remains as bold and relevant as ever.

Kerri Pomarolli left behind Hollywood’s expectations and found her calling in clean comedy. Today, she performs in major clubs and Christian conferences, boldly representing her faith without compromise. Her long-standing presence in both secular and sacred spaces shows the growing appetite for clean, confident comedy.

Leanne Morgan proves that success can come at any age. Once underestimated for her southern background and middle-aged stage of life, she has become a Netflix star and best-selling author. Her comedy is filled with real-life observations and the kind of honest storytelling that makes audiences feel seen and safe to laugh.

Chonda Pierce, the best-selling female comedian of all time, has built a career on blending heartbreak with humor. Her films and specials prove that comedy can be both deeply personal and widely impactful, especially when rooted in God’s redeeming grace.

Hillary Caitlyn, creator of the sketch character Sherice the Pig, uses satire to bring joy and encouragement to Christian audiences. Her Bible-based humor, often showcased through playful videos, reminds viewers that laughter and Scripture can coexist in profound and lighthearted ways.

Amy Barnes, an engineer turned comedian, connects with women at every stage of life. Her thoughtful, funny insights reach both lifelong believers and newcomers to faith, making her a bridge between the church and the curious.

Lisa Mills found her calling by accident. A last-minute invitation to make women laugh at a conference changed everything. Today, she tours nationally, delivering her unique blend of southernspun humor. Lisa’s belief that laughter connects more than it divides is at the heart of her comedy, which remains uplifting, honest, and refreshingly relatable.

Known for her stage name Small Fire, Sylvia M. Holloway transitioned from television comedy to ministry without losing her punchline. Her clean, faith-based humor resonates deeply in church settings and family events. She sees comedy as a divine assignment, one that can inspire without preaching.

Her moving testimony challenges Christians in the free world not to take religious liberty for granted. “If I could sing in prison,” she says, “imagine what you can do for God's glory with your freedom.”

Oils That Support Lasting Beauty

For centuries, women have turned to the earth for beauty. Long before laboratories and synthetic serums, nature provided the richest ingredients for skin that glows with health and strength. From cold-pressed plant oils to botanical infusions and traditional animal-based remedies, the natural world has always offered gentle yet powerful ways to care for the skin. Even Scripture gives us a glimpse into this truth. Before Queen Esther met the king, she underwent twelve months of preparation. Six months were spent with oil of myrrh and six with perfumes and other treatments. Her transformation was not only ceremonial. It was a physical renewal, rooted in the consistent use of oils that softened, purified, and enhanced her beauty.

Today, many women are returning to these ancient tools, rediscovering what time-tested wisdom already knew. True beauty begins with what we nourish the skin with. Among the most effective natural ingredients are oils, each uniquely suited to replenish, repair, and rejuvenate aging skin. Sweet almond oil, for example, is rich in vitamin E and fatty acids. It serves as a gentle hydrator that smooths texture and calms irritation. Olive oil, used for anointing and healing, provides deep antioxidant protection and softens the skin’s surface while supporting elasticity over time.

Argan oil, pressed from the kernels of Moroccan trees, is beloved for its ability to restore suppleness and promote collagen integrity. It absorbs easily, bringing balance to both dry and combination skin. Frankincense oil, long associated with sacred care, tones the skin, minimizes scarring, and encourages a more lifted appearance. Used regularly, it brings a sense of renewal to the skin, especially for women concerned with sagging or dullness.

Some oils, like jojoba, closely resemble the skin’s own natural sebum. Jojoba helps balance moisture without clogging pores and is especially useful for women who experience both dryness and breakouts. Rosehip oil, with its high concentration of natural vitamin A and essential fatty acids, improves skin tone, reduces pigmentation, and gradually softens fine lines. Pomegranate seed oil is valued for its ability to combat oxidative stress while firming and revitalizing tired skin. Tamanu oil, though lesser known, supports the healing of scars and inflammation and aids skin repair after blemishes. Sea buckthorn oil, abundant in omega-7 and antioxidant compounds, is ideal for revitalizing dry or depleted skin. Calendula oil, made from marigold flowers, is a gentle anti-inflammatory that soothes sensitive or reactive skin and enhances radiance.

In addition to these plant-based oils, rendered beef tallow is making a quiet return. Though not an oil, it has long been used in traditional skin care. Its fatty acid profile is remarkably similar to that of human skin. When properly prepared and applied in small amounts, beef tallow softens skin, improves texture, and delivers essential fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K. For generations, it has been used to soothe damaged skin and protect against dryness.

At Home Masks

For women who wish to bring these natural ingredients into their care routines, homemade masks offer an effective and nurturing practice. A rejuvenating blend begins with one teaspoon of rosehip oil mixed into one and a half tablespoons of plain organic yogurt, followed by one tablespoon of cooled chamomile tea and half a teaspoon of raw honey. This mask, when applied to clean skin and left on for twenty minutes, helps brighten a dull complexion while providing soothing hydration.

To clarify and calm the skin, another simple option includes one teaspoon of sweet almond oil, one teaspoon of raw honey, one drop of frankincense essential oil, and either one teaspoon of strong mint tea or a few finely chopped fresh mint leaves. Gently stirred together, this blend can be applied and left on the skin for fifteen minutes before rinsing, helping reduce inflammation and refresh tired skin.

For deeper nourishment, especially for mature or depleted skin, a restorative mask can be made by blending one teaspoon of softened beef tallow with half a teaspoon of jojoba oil, one tablespoon of cooled calendula tea, and half a teaspoon of manuka honey. When applied in a generous layer and allowed to rest for thirty minutes, this treatment leaves the skin visibly softer and wellmoisturized. Each mask is a reminder that beauty care can be both simple and deeply renewing when drawn from ingredients created by God.

There is enduring beauty in simplicity, especially when that simplicity draws from creation. God has filled the earth with healing plants, nourishing oils, and restorative elements. These were not given merely for sustenance, but to protect, preserve, and reveal the beauty He designed in each of us.

Jewels of Purpose

How Jewellery Designer Natasha Fong Built a Purpose Driven Brand

In a quiet season of healing and rediscovery, something beautiful began to blossom in the heart of a young woman called to create. What started as a small act of obedience soon became a prophetic ministry, one handcrafted necklace at a time. This is the journey of Natasha Fong a faith-filled jewellery designer who has turned divine whispers into elegant pieces that speak to the soul.

“My journey into jewellery began during a season of deep healing,” she shares. “I felt the Father prompting me to create pieces that weren’t just beautiful, but meaningful. Something that carried His heart and truth.” That prompting gave birth to a purpose-driven brand, one rooted in identity, encouragement, and the prophetic.

Each piece in her collection from heart-shaped earrings to the beloved Blossom necklace tells a story. The sunflower earrings speak of joy and resilience, while the butterfly earrings reflect transformation and freedom. “These aren’t just accessories,” she explains. “They are prophetic expressions, wearable reminders of truth, hope, and purpose.”

For this designer, inspiration often comes in moments of prayer, stillness, or simply observing God’s creation. A picture, a vision, or even the shape of a leaf can spark a design. “I believe the Father speaks in many ways, and I love turning those whispers into pieces that carry His heart.”

The creative process begins with that spark, a vision or feeling and unfolds through prayer and careful designing. Though she doesn’t design the pendants themselves, each component is prayerfully chosen and assembled by hand. “It’s about aligning the message with the piece,” she says. “Each design is created with someone specific in mind, even if I don’t know them yet.”

Among her favorites is the sunflower necklace, which quickly became a best seller. “Sunflowers follow the light no matter what,” she reflects. “That piece reminds me of my own journey, especially in the dark seasons when I had to be intentional about looking toward Yeshua.”

Working primarily with gold and silver, she sees the metals as symbolic, representing purity, refinement, and the beauty God brings out of process. More than just materials, they serve as vessels of spiritual meaning.

At the core of it all is a deep desire for impact. “I pray each piece reminds the wearer of who they are in Yeshua,” she says. “Whether someone needs courage, healing, or just a reminder of their worth, I want the jewellery to meet them there, to feel like a whisper from Heaven.”

But the journey hasn’t been without challenges. Creative blocks, slow growth, and moments of doubt have tested her resolve. Still, she remains grounded in prayer. “This isn’t just a business,” she says. “It’s a ministry. When I hold on to the testimonies and stay rooted in obedience, I remember why I began.”

Looking ahead, she’s excited to launch a prophetic collection inspired by women in the Bible. Each piece reflecting a unique story of identity, legacy, and divine assignment. Paired with devotional resources and declaration cards, the collection aims to go deeper than design to stir hearts and ignite purpose.

“My prayer,” she says, “is that every piece carries the Father’s heart and brings people closer to the truth of who they are.”

Through Elegant Grace, beauty becomes ministry. And for those who wear her designs, jewellery becomes more than adornment, it becomes identity.

From clergy to everyday believers, wearing a symbol of faith has been a cherished tradition for centuries, whether it’s a cross, the name of Jesus, or other sacred emblems. These beautiful pieces of jewellery by Elegant Grace serve as meaningful reminders of the grace, strength and beauty found in living life anchored in Christ.

Your new oral UPGRADE starts with a stick of gum

The chewable secret

TO A STRONGER SMILE

When we talk about beauty, we talk about skin. We talk about hair. We even talk about our gut. But what about your teeth?

For years, enamel health has remained a quiet topic. Today, oral wellness is stepping confidently into the spotlight, and it is doing so with an unexpected ally: chewing gum.

Not just any gum, of course. A new class of fluoride-free, enamel-strengthening chewing gums has entered the beauty and wellness space. Combined with smart, holistic habits, remineralizing your teeth has become less of a chore and more of a ritual.

Remineralization: The Glossary Term Your Smile Has Been Waiting For Tooth enamel is the hardest substance in the human body, but it is not invincible. Coffee, wine, acidic foods, and even stress can slowly wear it down. Once enamel is lost, it does not regenerate. However, it can be repaired through a process known as remineralization. This natural function allows calcium and phosphate to be redeposited into the enamel, strengthening it from the surface.

For remineralization to occur, the mouth must be in the right state. That means adequate saliva, a balanced pH, and access to minerals. This is where the new generation of chewing gum comes in.

The Remineralizing Gum Renaissance

Gone are the days of artificial pink gum sticks packed with synthetic sweeteners. The new wave of oral care gum is subtle, sophisticated, and purpose-driven.

Think of saliva as the invisible serum that coats your teeth in minerals.

Underbrush Gum

Crafted from natural tree saps, Underbrush is infused with nanohydroxyapatite, a mineral that closely resembles the composition of enamel. It delivers essential minerals with each chew, while its dense texture gently activates facial muscles. It is an elevated approach to oral health that feels effortless.

Crait Hydroxyapatite Gum

This clean, sugar-free formula features non-nano hydroxyapatite and xylitol. It is designed to support enamel, reduce sensitivity, and combat acidity. Discreet and effective, it fits seamlessly into a beauty-conscious routine.

Larineco Remineralizing Gum

Gentle and minimal, Larineco is ideal for those with sensitive mouths or fragrance sensitivities. It omits fluoride and synthetic chemicals, offering a refined alternative to conventional oral care.

Three Ingredients to Look For in Remineralizing Gum

If you are scanning ingredient lists, here are three powerhouse actives that signal real results:

Hydroxyapatite

This mineral mirrors the structure of tooth enamel. It binds to the tooth surface, filling in microscopic gaps and supporting long-term strength.

Xylitol

A naturally derived sweetener that does more than taste pleasant. It helps reduce cavity-causing bacteria and encourages saliva flow, which is essential for remineralization.

Calcium Phosphate

This dynamic duo is critical for replenishing lost minerals. When bioavailable, it enhances enamel structure and works synergistically with hydroxyapatite.

The Natural Chewing Gums Supporting Oral Health in Other Ways

Some chewing gums do not remineralize but still offer beauty and wellness benefits.

Mastic Gum

This resin, traditionally harvested from the mastic tree, has been used for centuries in Mediterranean cultures. Its natural antibacterial properties may help reduce plaque while supporting salivary flow.

Jawline Gum

Though not designed for enamel, this high-resistance gum engages the masseter muscles of the jaw. Over time, it may help define facial contours and strengthen muscle tone, making it a popular choice for beauty enthusiasts focused on sculpting.

Your Fluoride-Free Oral Toolkit

Chewing gum is only one part of the remineralization story. Incorporate these natural habits into your daily life for a well-rounded, fluoride-free approach to oral care.

Eat with enamel in mind.

Include foods rich in calcium and phosphorus such as leafy greens, dairy, almonds, and fish. These nutrients help fuel remineralization from the inside out.

Rinse, then brush.

After consuming acidic foods or beverages, rinse your mouth with water before brushing. This helps protect enamel while neutralizing acidity.

Stay hydrated.

Saliva is your first line of defense. Drink water consistently throughout the day to keep your mouth balanced and minerals circulating.

Chew with purpose.

Opt for natural, sugar-free gum that includes hydroxyapatite or xylitol. It supports saliva production while delivering key minerals directly to the enamel.

The Future of Oral Beauty Has Arrived

Call it skincare for your smile. With new fluoride-free products, thoughtfully formulated chewing gums, and holistic oral habits, remineralization no longer requires harsh chemicals or sterile routines. It is now a mindful, elegant part of your beauty and wellness journey.

So go ahead. Pop a piece, chew intentionally, and smile knowing you are restoring radiance from the inside out.

With every chew, you are not just freshening breath. You are feeding your enamel.

strong SOLE

The Barefoot Shoe Revolution

They may not dominate runways, yet, but barefoot shoes are having a quiet, powerful moment. Designed to mimic the natural shape and movement of the human foot, these minimalist shoes are changing how women think about posture, pain, and everyday comfort. Whether walking the dog or heading to a Saturday farmer’s market, barefoot shoes may be the smartest step you take all week.

Barefoot shoes challenge everything we thought we knew about footwear. With their ultra-thin soles, flexible materials, and wide toe boxes, they do not just feel different; they function differently. Instead of cushioning and contouring the foot, barefoot shoes encourage it to do what it was designed for, move; flex, and support itself naturally.

For women, the benefits are especially striking. Years of wearing narrow, heeled, or overly cushioned shoes can lead to weakened foot muscles, poor posture, and chronic discomfort in the knees, hips, and back. Barefoot shoes, by contrast, help retrain the foot to move freely and strongly. The result? Better alignment, improved balance, and more connection to the ground literally and metaphorically.

That said, no one is asking you to toss your heels. Think of barefoot shoes as a functional and fashion-conscious addition to your lifestyle. They’re ideal for transitional moments: walking to the local café, weekend hikes, school drop-offs, or daily dog walks. For women who love movement but also care about aesthetics, today’s barefoot brands are blending comfort with elegant design.

Among the most respected is Be Lenka Barefoot, known for combining anatomical foot freedom with sleek European styling. Their women’s line includes polished leather flats, casual sneakers, and stylish booties that work well from street to studio. Xero Shoes offers a sporty edge with lightweight running shoes and sandals that support active lifestyles while staying true to barefoot principles. Equally compelling is Groundies, a German brand that fuses flexible construction with everyday wearability; their ballet flats and casual lace-ups are particularly versatile.

Expanding the fashion-meets-function lineup is Vivobarefoot, a brand celebrated for sustainability and biomechanical integrity. Their women’s sneakers and everyday flats bring modern edge to minimalist footwear. Wildling Shoes, rooted in nature-inspired design, uses organic materials and offers beautiful, foot-friendly silhouettes that suit earthy, intentional wardrobes.

For those easing into barefoot walking, Lems Shoes offers a gentle transition with zero-drop soles and a bit more structure. Their understated aesthetic makes them ideal for travel or long city walks. And finally, Saguaro Shoes provides one of the most affordable entries into the barefoot world, offering minimalist styles in vibrant colors perfect for walks, workouts, or even paddleboarding.

Transitioning from traditional shoes, especially heels, does take time. Experts recommend starting with short periods of barefoot walking and gradually building strength in the feet and calves. Listen to your body, opt for soft terrain when possible, and let comfort guide your pace.

Because barefoot shoes are not just a trend, they’re a return to what your body has always known. And with today’s options, wellness doesn’t have to sacrifice style.
