Virtual Workshops

Wolf Trap Institute for Early Learning Through the Arts embraces active learning for children through customized, hands-on professional development for early childhood educators Wolf Trap’s Family Involvement Workshops provide children and their parents/caregivers with an opportunity to share a stimulating and interactive live arts experience, led by a Wolf Trap Teaching Artist.

Wolf Trap’s virtual workshops use dance, music, drama, and puppetry as teaching tools for arts integration. Teaching artists provide workshop participants with arts techniques to achieve goals in specific areas, such as literacy and language development, science, math, problem-solving, and classroom management

Virtual workshops cover a variety of arts disciplines and content areas, including multidisciplinary arts, dance/movement, drama, music, puppetry, and storytelling.

VIRTUAL EARLY ARTS LEARNING (EAL) WORKSHOPS

The Early Arts Learning workshops, or EALs, are introductory guided experiences in music, drama and dance.
