To make one small ball of slime, you will need: • 100ml PVA white glue • 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda • gel food colouring •

1 tsp contact lens cleaning solution

1. Put the glue in a bowl, add the bicarbonate, and mix.

2. Add a drop or two of the food colouring and mix until well incorporated.

3. Mix in the contact lens solution.

The slime will begin to form, going stringy before coming away clean from the bowl.

4. Remove and knead until it becomes a smooth and pliable ball.

Preparation: 30 mins

Serves: 2

YOU WILL NEED:

1. Toss the cauliflower in a little olive oil and season.

Roast on a baking tray in a 200°C oven for 20-25 mins, turning half way through.

Salad potatoes, chopped into 2cm chunks 1 shallot, peeled and sliced 1/2 red chili, deseeded and finely chopped 100g baby spinach 500g cauliflower florets 200g green beans, chopped into thirds 1 bunch coriander, roughly chopped 1 tbsp North Indian style curry powder 1 tsp ground turmeric 1 tbsp nigella seeds 25g desiccated coconut 150g Greek yoghurt 40g mango chutney

2. Add the potatoes and 1/2 tsp of salt to a saucepan of boiling water. Simmer for 12-15 mins until soft, then drain.

3. Toast the dessicated coconut in a dry frying pan for 1-2 mins, until golden, then transfer to a bowl.

4. Return the pan to the heat and fry the shallot in a little oil for 2-3 mins until soft. Stir in some turmeric, curry powder, nigella seeds and cook for 30 seconds.

5. Stir in the green beans, add a splash of water then cover the pan and steam-fry for 4-5 mins until the beans are cooked but have bite.

6. Stir handfuls of spinach into the beans until wilted.

7. Stir in the potatoes and cauliflower and half the toasted coconut. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

8. To make the dressing, put the yoghurt in a bowl. Stir in some mango chutney, nigella seeds, coriander and a little chilli. Season with salt and pepper.

9. Spoon the dressing onto the salad and garnish with the remaining coconut, coriander and chili.
