Empire Adult You can use your code to claim an ADULT ticket for any 2D standard performance.

HOW TO USE ONLINE (Booking Fee Payable) Simply log on to www.empirecinemas.co.uk and go through the normal online booking process inputting the code when prompted. Once you have added your code and it has been authenticated the cost of one corresponding ticket will be deducted from your basket. Add additional codes by clicking the “add code” button.

HOW TO CLAIM AT THE CINEMA You can use your code to purchase tickets at the ATM machines in foyer or from any till point in the cinema

1. The Empire Cinema Adult eCode may be exchanged for one admission ticket to any standard advertised public 2D performance at any Empire Cinema in the UK excluding The Catterick Garrison and Empire Extra performances (Opera, Ballet, Sport, Theatre etc).

Upgrades (to premium seating or 3D / VIP / IMPACT / D-Box & IMAX screenings) may be available - an additional charge will apply. 3D glasses will need to be purchased at an additional cost. For film information please visit www.empirecinemas.co.uk.

2. The Empire Cinema Adult eCode is guaranteed for a minimum of 6 months from date of issue. Once expired, the eCode will be invalid and cannot be extended, replaced or refunded. It is not replaceable if lost or stolen and no refund will be given.

3. The Empire Cinema Adult eCode can be redeemed online at www.empirecinemas.co.uk or in person at the box office. The eCode cannot be used via the telephone booking service. The Empire Cinema Adult eCode does not give the bearer priority over other guests.

4. To redeem online: Simply Go to www.empirecinemas.co.uk and select the cinema and film you wish to book for. Click on ‘ENTER PROMOTIONAL CODES’ and input the eCode before clicking ‘Validate’. Add additional eCodes by clicking the ADD CODE button. Select the seating type you would like (Standard or Premium) and then select the ‘FILMOLOGY PROMO’ ticket, adding the quantity to match the number of eCodes you have used. Select the number of additional tickets you wish to purchase in the same transaction if you do not have enough eCodes to complete your booking. Complete the rest of the booking process as instructed.

5. To redeem at the box office: The Empire Cinema Adult eCode can be used to purchase tickets at the ATM machines in foyer or from any till point in the cinema.

6. When booking online using eCodes (i) debit/credit card information must be provided (for processing purposes) and (ii) a booking/processing fee per person for whom a seat is booked will apply. Customers who do not wish to pay the fee can exchange their Empire

Cinema Adult eCode for a ticket in person at the cinema.

7. Each Empire Cinema Adult eCode is considered to have been redeemed when the booking of tickets is confirmed. Each eCode may only be used once, repeated attempts to use the same eCode will not be successful.

8. Admission is subject to availability, normal age restrictions apply - ID may be required, and any other relevant standard terms and conditions including Empire Cinema’s general admission terms apply (http://www.empirecinemas.co.uk/privacy// general_terms_of_admission/c51/t).

9. The Empire Cinema Adult eCode cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

10. There is no cash alternative; the Empire Cinema Adult eCode is not transferable and may not be re-sold.

12. Empire Cinemas reserve the right at its absolute discretion to refuse admission.

13. Empire Cinemas reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time and without notice. These T&Cs and any related disputes are subject to interpretation under the laws of England and Wales, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless your residential address is in Scotland, when Scottish law applies or in the Republic of Ireland, when Irish law applies.
