W hy cho ose W m Fre n ch ? Why choose Wm French? no conflict o f interest Any real estate agent can sell you a home, but an exclusive buyer agent can offer advice on every aspect of your purchase, including details about realistic pricing and negotiation strategies. Choosing a buyer agent eliminates the possibility of a conflict of interest because that agent will never list properties or work for a seller.

An exclusive buyer agent... w gets the best possible price and terms for the buyer. w must disclose all material facts about the property to the buyer. w upholds the contract to represent a buyer in a home search and sale. w has loyalties only to the buyer, not the seller. w should not disclose confidential information about the buyer to the seller.

we help you save Because we work exclusively with home buyers and never with sellers, we increase our negotiating power and ability to help our clients save on the purchase of their home.

Take 2010 figures for example: Total list price for Wm French sales: $95.7M.

Sale price for those homes: $86.4M.

One Week Prior Finalize packing and make sure all boxes are clearly labeled with the room of the new house. Create a travel kit including your checkbook, credit cards, ID, toiletries, and first aid items. Transfer any prescriptions and ensure you have enough medication to last through the move. Send change-of-address notification to friends and family. Confirm all travel arrangements.

Make arrangements for any pets. Begin to use up food and other items you won’t be taking with you. If relocating to a different state, arrange for your vehicle registration and transfer.

One Day Prior Walk through the house to answer any last minute questions. Do one final sweep to ensure nothing will be left behind.
