A necessary part of any relocation is research. Julie’s first task is to assist you in organizing your priorities. She will then schedule your visit to the area and gather information to locate the appropriate setting for your family. After this, your Relocation Specialist will contact you and personalize the search for your new home and lifestyle in St. Louis!
Julie was born in Caracas, Venezuela and lived in Winter Park, Colorado, for six years before moving to St. Louis. She loves St. Louis because of the people and cultural experiences. Julie understands first-hand what a relocating family is feeling. She was drawn to real estate because she wanted the opportunity to share her enthusiasm about living in St. Louis with new residents. Over her lifetime Lisa has lived coast to coast and has made eighteen major moves. During 26 years of marriage she has moved nine times and has lived in Connecticut, Ohio, Kentucky and Missouri. Several of the moves were corporate transfers due to her husband’s career, so she understands first-hand what her clients are experiencing when they find out they are moving to St. Louis. Lisa moved to St. Louis in 1996 and plans on never leaving! Lisa has been awarded as a Five Star Agent based on client satisfaction since the award’s inception in 2006. Her hobbies include reading, tennis, golf, and volunteer work. She also enjoys spending time with her family which includes her husband, three daughters, a son-in-law, two grandchildren and her two dogs.

Prior to 1996, Linda was the Vice President and co-owner of a manufacturing company in Kansas City for more than 12 years. This valuable experience prepared her for a career in real estate, as it provided opportunities to work in a diverse atmosphere and relate to a variety of issues. She also served as an elected councilwoman for her district area in Kansas City from 1994-1996. Linda is a native of the St. Louis area and is a graduate of Ladue High School and Maryville University. If asked, she will tell you her greatest accomplishments are her two grown children and grandchildren. Her interests include personal fitness, interior design and arts.
