Overcoming Challenges We Face As Leaders when the testing of our faith is challenged, to never give up but to always get up and complete the assignment because we are more than conquerors through Christ Jesus. Though many times we have given our lives to those who perhaps were never connected to our vision that brought us great pain as a leader and into a place of becoming weary in our welldoing, which makes us realize that we had to immediately begin to tear down the walls of defeat and deception in which the enemy wanted us to believe and receive. Instead, we as leaders chose to rise with wings like an eagle and soar above it all. No matter where life tries to take us, by being connected to God we know that His will never will take us where His grace cannot keep us. No matter how some will try to stop you and block you, they will never be able to forget you, because it has been proven you are an overcomer by the blood of the lamb and by the words of your testimony. I have seen the good, bad and the ugly but never the righteous forsaken. I have seen the overflow swindle down to a standstill, the increase in giving decrease to a little of nothing but never have I seen faithfulness not to be rewarded with favor. It was God’s word that kept me in the race and fought against every demonic attack. My challenges caused me to be blessed with a church full of new beautiful chairs and glass podium free of charge! Given to us in the same color scheme as our church. God is faithful! Challenges pay off.

Pastor Georgia Ealy OVERCOMING THE CHALLENGES WE FACE AS LEADERS
When entering into the unexpected journey, I never thought that I would face so many challenges, even though I had many, they helped me to become a champion as I triumphantly overcame each challenge. As the spirit of God continued to empower me to fulfill my calling, I allowed every experience to become a learning process for the ministry, realizing if there were no pain I could never gain what I needed to help me to become a better me. I genuinely believe in Romans 8:28. “We know that all things work together for the good, for those who love God, and for those who are called according to his purpose.” We as leaders may all start out with baby steps but before this journey is all over we will be making giant size steps, and these steps will forever lead us to our destiny. Every word of God that we have heard is there to help us to be reminded Global Link Magazine / 4th Qtr. 2018
