For here or to go? Local diner forced to relocate amidst property sale

Con Con's Facebook

Con Con’s Diner’s Facebook page posted Nov. 19 that the restaurant would be relocating, “not yet sure when or where.”

The restaurant has become a local fixture in its 16 years on Russellville Road, but a recent sale of the property it occupies has forced its ownership to look for a new home.

Water Wheel Rounds is a songwriter series that has been held at Lost River Cave in Bowling Green for over seven years, said Dan Modlin, a songwriter and host of the Water Wheel Rounds series.

Three songwriters performed on Monday for the Water Wheel Rounds series. The performers included Modlin and Mark Whitley, along with Steve Creech as the opening performer.
