Caboni addresses Faculty Senate on budget, AI

WKU President Timothy Caboni met with the Faculty Senate Thursday to discuss questions and concerns with WKU’s faculty.
The Senate sent questions in for Caboni prior to the meeting, which he sat down and answered.

WKU Student Government Association elections are open on Topnet until Friday at 4 p.m.
SGA is filling three Freshman Senate seats, one International Senate seat, one Graduate Senate seat and one Gatton Senate seat.
PCAL to celebrate 60 years with soirée

WKU PCAL
WKU’s Potter College of Arts and Letters is hosting a soirée Friday at the Knicely Conference Center at 7 p.m. to celebrate its 60th anniversary.
The event is open to all past and present staff, faculty and students. The soirée will celebrate the achievements of PCAL and allow all members to share their nostalgic moments, said Luna Jessica, communications and event specialist for PCAL.

The WKU Symphony will perform in Van Meter Hall Friday with sounds of “Fall Classics” for their first concert of the school year.
Tickets are being sold at the door for $12. Digital purchasing of tickets prior to the event is also available on the Fine Arts Box Office website.
WKU Volleyball prepares to host Alyssa Cavanaugh Classic

WKU Volleyball welcomes three teams to E.A. Diddle Arena this weekend for the Alyssa Cavanaugh Classic.
WKU comes off a midweek 3-0 sweep at the hands of Vanderbilt.
The Hilltoppers are set to play a doubleheader on Friday, taking on Bradley and Indiana. A standalone game against Austin Peay on Saturday will close out the weekend for WKU.
WKU Tennis opens season in APSU Fall Tournament

WKU Tennis will take on Murray State, Chattanooga and Austin Peay in the APSU Fall Tournament.
The Lady Toppers open the tournament against host APSU in singles at the beginning of the day and a doubles match against the Governors later in day one.
