126th Bill Amendment- Lok Sabha Extends Reservation For SC/ST A new amendment in constitution was introduced very recently in Lok Sabha. It is 126th bill amendment which extends the reservation of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes for next 10 years.

The reservation that is given to the Anglo Indian community, SC/ST is going to be ended by January 25th, 2030.

Previously, the government made a request to Supreme Court to reconsider that SC and ST communities should be excluded from the benefits of reservations with the standseconomically, socially and educationally.

The bill was passed unanimously with the favorable votes of 352 members and none against it. Prime Minister Narendra Modi was present in the house during the voting process.

Congress President Sonia Gandhi and party leader Rahul Gandhi dint come their presence on the day of constitution amendment. Hence, the BJP members took the place of opposition benches. As it was a constitution amendment, it is need of division the Lok Sabha.

Aadhaar Link Is Mandatory For PM- Kisan Income Support Scheme

PM Kisan income support scheme was introduced last year. As per the scheme government is supposed to provide the income support to the farmers. The farmer families in the country gets the support income of Rs 6000 per year. This support is given to the farmers in installments of Rs 2000 every four months.

This income is applicable only for the farmers whose aadhaar card is linked to their respective bank accounts. The new rule of aadhaar link for this scheme is applicable from fourth installment which is due in March 2020.

After the activation of the scheme, this is the coming up installment is the fourth one. Up to

three installments government provided the farmer income without any aadhaar linking.

Now, it is a strong demand to link aadhaar to the bank accounts.

Currently, the department authenticated the 50 million accounts which are eligible for the farmers income with aadhaar authentication.

The release of funds is expected to be around 10,000 crore on day when economic growth falls down. For the last two installments of December 2018 and March 2019, government disbursed money to 10 million farmers.

The influenced eras and the developed styles are referred to schools.The dynasties and the rulers played the prime role in birth of miniature painting in India. The art is classified into three major styles which are also found in modern India-

Mughal Influence on Miniature Painting the Buddhist scriptures were pictured on 3 inch wide palm leaf. In East side of India, Buddhism inspired the artists of miniature painting.

On the other side, Jainism inspired the western Indian style of miniature painting.

Mughal style painting is blend of culture, traditions and religion. It was developed with the Persian style in the Mughal era.

The Mughal rulers focused on Persian style with the combination of local Indian

art to create a detailed and royal form of art. Later, the charming style was shown in the painting with various elements. Also European painting techniques were shading were introduced.

Rajput Influence on Miniature painting Many of the painting artists from Mughal empire shifted to other kingdoms.

This happened due to the decrease in patronage of Mughal Emperors. Then, Rajput miniature painting was melded into modern Rajasthan painting in 17th to 18th century.

This is the painting style that differs from Mughal painting which was not about royalty. It mainly depicted the love stories of Lord Krishna and mythological literature of Ramayana and Mahabharata.

The painting was depicted as manuscripts and for decorations on the Haveli walls and forts.

The name Telangana is derived from the word “Trilinga�. The reason for the name Telangana is because the lingams of Lord Shiva are found on the three mountains that line Telangana boundaries- Kaleshwaram, Srisailam, Draksharamam.

Art And Culture

The art and culture of stands as the main identity. There is the oldest dance form which is part of Kakatiya times. The “dance of warriors” which is originally known as Perini Sivatandavam. The dance is performed by the men group. In the time of Kakatiya, this was the dances performed by the warriors before going to the wars.

Coming to music of Telangana, it is a blend of Carnatic music and folk music. Kancherla Gopanna is one of the famous composer and he was also a Lord Rama devotee. Not just the composer but also a singer, musician.

Oggu katha is another music art of Telangana. The narrators of Oggu katha the stories of Hindu gods in form of songs. They also get a makeover going into the two characters of the story to perform this art.

Festivals of Telangana Telangana festivals are colourful with significant traditions and cultures. The state celebrates many common festivals of various religions. The main and ideal festivals of Telangana are Bonalu and Bhathukamma.

Bonalu is the festival that falls in the months of June/July. The powerful goddess are worshiped on the day of Bonalu. The famous festival is celebrated with folk music and traditional rituals. The major part of Bonalu is celebrated offering meals to the Goddesses and celebrations post the prayers.

It is a festival of joy in worshiping goddess along with the family and relatives.

Bathukamma is another festival of Telangana in the months of September-October. It is a floral festival that is celebrated by women of Telangana.

Goddess Gauri is formed with seasonal flowers and a bunch of flowers in gopuram shape is called as Bathukamma. All the ladies of the families and colonies gather to celebrate Bathukamma with joy. They come in beautiful traditional outfits which makes the festival even more bright. The women who gathered go round by clapping in a rhythm along with the Bathukamma folk songs. The most colourful and celebrated festival in Telangana.

Ramzan is is another big festival that is celebrated in parts of Telangana. The festival brings the unity in Hindu Muslim. The mouth smacking delicious dish Haleem is enjoyed.

The real beauty of Hyderabad- Charminar will be arranged with some special elements like shopping, groceries and fashion accessories.

Muharram is one of the important festival of Telangana. Though it is an Islamic festival, it is celebrated by Muslims and Hindus together.

It is a beautiful union of Hindu and Islamic brothers.

Traditional Food of Telangana Traditional Telangana food is part of every festival and wedding. Telangana foods are the most spice filled ones. The cuisine of the state is known for spiciness. There is also a big list of snacks which are loved to munch by the people all over India and across(Not just in Telangana).

Garijalu with the sweet stuff is the main food item that is made for functions, festivals and weddings.

Murukkulu is the favourite snack which is made of rice flour and urad dhal. It is made in twisted shape.

Polelu is nothing but sweet roti with jaggery stuff in. This delicious food item is made on Ugadi(Telugu new year).

Hyderabad biryani is the most famous dish of the city. In fact, Hyderabad is widely recognised for its biryani. Though it is not traditional food of Telangana but has become

a part of Hyderabad. It is a dish that influenced from Nizams of Hyderabad. The spice and tastes added to the dish makes it unique.

Traditional Clothing of Telangana Saris, langa voni, chudidhars are the traditional dress of Telangana women. Many of the modern women are seen in western dresses as well. The other traditional fabrics like Kanjeevaram, pattu

silk, Gadwal and Pochampally sarees are famous. Women mesmerise on the festive time and big celebrations appearing in traditional wear.

The traditional dress for men is dhoti which is called as “pancha” in Telugu. Men don’t prefer wearing pancha casually. It is worn on festival days and weddings. Decades back, the Nizam rulers of Hyderabad wore sherwanis. Now, men/bride grooms wear sherwani during wedding and reception.

Wedding Cultures and Traditions of Telangana The wedding customs and culture in Telangana is a biggest affair which lasts around 2-3 days. In olden days, it was a no less than a festival of 16 long days. Even the days are shorten, the rituals are followed without skipping. Every wedding ritual and custom has some significance.

Pre-wedding rituals Nishchithardham is the first pre-wedding ritual like in other regions of India. Post engagement and when the marriage date comes near, the ritual is executed which is called as Pellikuthuru/ pellikoduku. This means bridal shower and both the bride to be and groom get the sacred shower in their respective house on the same day.

Wedding rituals On the wedding day, both bride to be and groom take part in Gauri puja. The puja is conducted in the wedding mandapam on wedding day.

Kanyadhanam is the most important ceremony of the wedding. The bride’s parents hand over the hand of their daughter to the groom and family. The groom promises with the chant, that he will stay with her in happiness and sorrow forever.

Louise Wallis, a celebrity in the UK started this in 1994.

He brought this revolution of veganism in the vegetarian world. He didn’t want the vegan day to clash with Halloween or Day of the

Dead. Hence, he picked up November 1st as the Vegan day.

In India, Aamir Khan and Sonam Kapoor, two of the stars of Bollywood are vegans.

How Is Vegan Day Celebrated?

Story No 1 - Two Brave Astronauts This story is about two friends who go camping with their aunty.

During winter, the two friends Joy and Brandon are thinking of what to do in the evening as they are on a vacation and off from school. The two of them are extremely excited, but, they don’t know what to do.

There is an aunty who lives in their neighborhood, her name is aunty Marie. She goes to visit the two boys and gives them an idea of going camping.

The two of them wondered about how would they go camping in the evening and when aunt Marie tells them it is possible as she has a tent, the boys are excited and happy to go with her.

They finally reach the place and the boys help aunt Marie set up her tent and they relax gazing up at the stars.

STORY FOR KIDS Brandon looks at a shining star and points out at it saying it is Mars. The two boys and aunt Marie fall asleep.

Brandon dreams that he is an astronaut and Joy is his partner. In the dream, the two of them are scientists who travel across all planets and they bravely face difficulties that come their way.

Story No 2 - The Kettle Who Gave Birth

This story is about a man who admired a kettle and thought that it could give birth. Let’s see what happens.

There was a man named Hodja, he was in love with a vibrant and artistic kettle that was in his neighbor’s house and by any means he wanted to get that kettle for himself.

Hodja goes to the neighbors house and borrows a kettle from him stating his kettle broke and he needs to serve tea to his guest.

The neighbor dislikes him yet he gives it to him because he is a generous man. Hodja doesn’t return the kettle back to his neighbor for days now and the neighbour waits for long and finally asks him about it.

Hodja enjoys keeping the kettle for a while and now he returns it back to him with another kettle saying, “The one you have is the mother kettle and take this baby kettle with you” he gives him another small kettle from home and tells him that your mother kettle gave birth to a baby.

The neighbour is amazed and happy about getting a new kettle and he starts wondering about how can a kettle give birth to a baby.

Hodja went back to him and asked him for the kettle another time, he gave it to him and he repeated the same mistake of not giving the old man his kettle back.

Now the neighbour gets angry with him and tells him to return it, Hojda lets him know that the kettle is old and is dead.

The neighbour old man is angry and drags Hodja to

They were good friends and played with each other every evening.

How To Make: No1 - In a pan, you will need to add olive oil and toss the squash by seasoning it well and then bake it in an oven for about 20 minutes.

No2 - In the pan where you tossed squash, add oil, shallots, and mushrooms. Cook them for 10-15 minutes until they become soft.

No3 - To the soft mushrooms and onions, add garlic, sage and double cream to this mixture. Stir this mixture in a way that the mushrooms are coated well with all the cream. Let this mixture cool down, fold it with breadcrumbs, maze, chestnuts, roasted squash and nutmeg.

Komaram Bheem was a tribal leader of our country decades back. His name is only known to the Telugu states though he is a great freedom fighter of India.

Birth and Early life of Bheem Komaram Bheem was born on 22nd of October, in a place named Sankepalli of Adilabad district, Telangana. His father was killed by forest officials when Bheem was around 15 years old.

After this incident, he left his own place and landed in Assam. They he got help from a person named Vitoba. Vitoba was running a magazine against Britishers and Nizams.

With the help of Vitoba, Komaram Bheem learnt English, Hindi and Urdu. In between, Vitoba was arrested by police and the his press organisation was closed.

From there, Komaram visited Assam and worked in tea plantation for four and half years, There also, the brave hero went against the plantation owners fighting for the workers right. He got arrested by the police and then he escaped from the jail.

He got into a train and heard about the rebellious tribal leader Alluri Sita Rama Raju.

This is how he was inspired and was preparing himself for the liberation of tribal people from Nizams. With his bravery and sacrifice, he became an household name of Telangana.

by Prabhu Deva, and produced by Salman Khan and Arbaaz Khan under their respective banners of Salman Khan Films and Arbaaz Khan Productions. The film is a sequel to the 2012 film Dabangg 2 and the third installment of Dabangg film series. The screenplay of the film is written by Salman Khan, Prabhu Deva and Alok Upadhyaye. The story is set in the state of Madhya Pradesh. Story : Frozen 2 is a story of two beautiful sisters Elsa and Anna who are always together and love each other as much as they love themselves. It is inspiring the way they are brave and how they save people in the enchanted forests.

Analysis : Elsa and Anna’s father is the King of Arendelle and he narrates the story of how his grandfather had become friends with their neighboring tribe to build a dam known as the enchanted forest. That said, time changes and the happiness and peace that the dam gives, becomes the reason for war and King Runeard dies.

In this battle, the spirits of earth, fire, water, and air of the forest are angry because of which a wall of mist makes everyone get stuck in the Enchanted forest. Their father tells them that he gets to escape this because he receives help from a lady who saves his life.

Then the story moves into a new phase where the season of Autumn is celebrated by Anna, Elsa, their snowman Olaf, Kristoff(Anna’s boyfriend) and his reindeer Sven. Elsa has powers and she always used them the right way. Elsa is preoccupied and disturbed because for a while she hears a mysterious voice calling it to her, she could sense that it signaled her to something.

She wants to find out about the voice and by mistake awakens the elemental spirits. These spirits disturb the Kingdom Ardenelle and everyone rushes about to leave the place. Two people get to the place and let Elsa know that they would need to find out about the mystery.

Final Word: To every selfless act of ours, we are rewarded with good, just like Iduna’s goodness rewarded her daughter with powers. Peace and happiness are always restored when we use our powers and abilities in the right sense.

Additionally, we must always be there for our siblings and stay united for life no matter how tough life gets.

BOLLYWOOD Story : There is humor and little elements that teach us from Bala’s life That said, this movie describes the problems of a guy who is bald. He takes a lot of criticism from people and ultimately learns it the hard way to accept and love his own self.

Analysis : Ayushmann does an excellent job playing the role of Bala.

In childhood, Bala is admired by all the girls in his class. He was named Bala because of his lovely long and silky hair.

His acting skills and charm make him popular. One of his classmates is dark and he bullies her because she comes in his way while he is flirting and trying to impress a girl.

As time goes by and Bala turns 25, life takes a U-turn and the fact that he was a charming chocolate boy in school because of his hair turns against him when he starts to lose hair.

The same Bala who had silky hair barely has anything.

He tries every means possible to re-grow his hair through remedies and out of embarrassment he is found wearing a cap throughout. However, nothing seems to work for him. The best part is, he still has excellent acting skills and he continues to impress people through his skills.

He is disheartened as girls reject him for being bald. The little girl who he used to tease in school grows up to be a successful lawyer. The two of them don’t get along even as they grow. As Bala loves acting, he is active on the Tik Tok app and is attracted to a model. Interestingly, his dad solves his problem by buying him a wigg and he uses this to his advantage and gets a chance to meet the model through the company he is working with.

Final Word: We all have our plus and minus points, we need to learn to accept ourselves, love ourselves and only then will someone else fall in love with us.

Story : Upon realising that a massive terror attack is underway, the Indian Special Forces send their best Commando, Karanveer Singh Dogra, to London to nab the mastermind.

Analysis :

Commando 3' gets into the thick of things right at the beginning when a police office chases down a group of misled youngsters, which, in turn, leads to a bigger revelation. In a bid to avert the impending terrorist attack, the bureau ropes in Karanveer Singh Dogra (Vidyut Jammwal), who is accompanied by Bhavana Reddy (Adah Sharma), to get to the root of the plan and bring the culprit to justice.

The duo receives able support from their British counterpart, Mallika Sood (Angira Dhar) in this mission.

The violence in 'Commando 3' is brutal, bloody and graphic in some scenes. It will take some nerve to sit through those.

What works is that the third instalment of the series stays true to its core – it delivers heavy-duty action, with raw hand-to-hand combat and swift chases. Vidyut Jammwal as Commando Karanveer Singh Dogra scores on every action scene, taking it a notch higher -- with his smooth and slick kicks, punches and back flips – it’s undoubtedly a sure-shot adrenaline rush. The leading ladies, Adah Sharma and Angira Dhar, too, pack a punch, though sometimes it seems like they are trying too hard. But, it’s refreshing to see the women kick some butt, in tandem with the action boys in a hardcore action film. Gulshan Devaiah has impressed with his performances in the past, but here, he doesn’t quite stand up to the barbaric and menacing character (Buraq Ansari).

Final Word: ‘Commando 3’. Vidyut steals the show as the daredevil who can stun you with every blow. Of course, patriotic fervour captures almost every key scene in the film

BOLLYWOOD Story : When two young hospitality students, Sahil Mehra and Mittee Deora, meet in a college in Shimla, it's apparently instant love for the two. But, is love as innocent and real as it seems? Perhaps not! .

Analysis : Sahil Mehra (Vardhan Puri) is your quintessential small-town boy -- docile, demure and someone you take home to meet your folks. And Mittee Deora (Shivaleeka Oberoi) is this big-city beauty, who is a smooth-talker and a charmer. They meet in college, fall in love and bam... starts a series of dark, twisted and very gripping chain of bizarre events.

This tale of warped and convoluted love is a story that deserves to be told. Vardhan (who is also the co-writer) has pulled off 134 the different facets of his on-screen persona -- that of a softspoken guy hopelessly in love, an angry young man bubbling with revenge, a funny lad adding humour to the darkness, a sinner and the one who has been sinned against -- with equal and utmost ease. He owns the show from the first frame to the last, never losing his grip. The Puri scion is brilliant both as a first-time writer and a debutant actor. Vardhan romances with all heart and spews venom with all might. Shivaleeka, on the other hand, seems a little clueless at the start, but surprises during the second half. A note to her stylist: should have given the actress better clothes to wear!

Final Word: However, the story keeps you engaged throughout it's entire run-time. Very casually, Vardhan pays tribute to his late grandfather and veteran actor Amrish Puri by reenacting an iconic scene from 'DDLJ' (hint: the one with the pigeons) and it brings back some good memories.

Analysis : Action has an exceptional first half which is racy and promising to the core. The first half has all the ingredients in the right amounts. Vishal delivers out his best throughout the film.

Tamannaah's glamorous show is a treat for the masses. The thrilling action episodes and the interval episodes are the major highlights of the film. The director keeps the audience guessing and the suspense is well maintained. On the whole, the first half of Action is a treat to watch.

The second half of Action manages to keep the audience guessing and gripping. The last half an hour of the film which is quite crucial drops down and falls flat. The audience will be left disappointed with the predictable and poor climax episodes.

The second half too is loaded with action which are the major highlights of the film. Vishal shines in the role and once again Tamannaah looks ultra-gorgeous.Kalki is a fatal attempt that lacks enough clarity.

Final Word: Action is packed with loads of action and thrills. After an engaging first half, the tempo goes downhill in the second half. Vishal delivers his best.

Tollywood audience witnessed and watched several college political dramas that are based on student wars between their unions. George Reddy is no exception and the film sounds predictable right from the first scene. As it is a biopic, the makers had to stick to the story and narrate it. The first half of George Reddy looks decent and is packed with action and drama in the right amounts. The performances by the lead actors are sure the major highlights of the first half.

The second half turns boring, slow-paced and misses the track. There is no strong conflict point and the student politics are loosely adopted, narrated. Except the action episodes, the second half of George Reddy offers nothing interesting. The performances drive the film further and miss a major mess.

Several interesting things are rushed and the climax looks simple. On the whole, the second half of George Reddy fails to live up the expectations.

Final Word: George Reddy has a decent and impressive first half, but the tempo goes completely down in the second half. Except for a few interesting episodes, George Reddy fails to impress.
