My excitement knows no bounds as I present this issue of WIN Times to all of you. This issue has a multitude of facets to it and exemplifies what we endeavour WIN Times to be – a time capsule that captures the best of Winchester's creativity and ingenuity as well as records unforgettable, pivotal events that have left a mark on young minds. We are proud to feature two inspiring interviews with two very different but extremely distinguished individuals (you'll have to turn the pages to find out who they are). Our mentors have made wonderful contributions to this issue – Mr. Neijin, Head of PE and Health and Safety Officer, has emphasized the importance of play for children, Mr. Abobakr, Islamic and Arabic teacher, compels us to understand sustainability in the light of Islamic teachings, and Ms. Veronika, Primary Librarian, talks about the never-ending benefits of reading. Contributions from students are just as diverse, colorful, and enticing, as are the offerings by our columnists – travel, sports, environment, innovation, fiscal outlook, art, books and so much more! Each minute we invest in WIN Times, the only vision that guides us is that we provide the most engrossing experience for you, dear readers, and the time you spend pouring over these pages gives you joy and inspiration...
