ORGANIC NATUR-ELLE

Summer 2023 bottling season. Blend of 1- and 2-year-old lambics

Description: A delightfully pure and completely organic offering, and perhaps Lambiek Fabriek’s highest rated and most awarded offering to date. A refreshingly tart mix of green apple, orange, lemon juice, and lemon zest flavors wiht moderate funkiness. 6.2 ABV

Food Pairing Suggestion: Fennel pasta with mussels and spicy ricotta tomatoes

Awards: Brussels Beer Challenge Gold (2023) and Bronze (2022) in Traditional Old Style Lambic category.

YOUNG AND WILD FONTAN-ELLE

Spring 2022 bottling season. Blend of 1, 2.5 and 4-year-old lambics

Description: is a delightful blend young and vintage lambics. This beer is carefully selected for its fruitier characteristics. The Spring 2022 bottling is technically an Oude Geuze because 4-year-old lambic was incorporated to achieve the desired taste profile. Its aroma is a delightful mix of brettanomyces, farmhouse funk, lemons, oak, and white wine vinegar. The taste is sour, with notes of lemons, oak, and brett. It’s an easy-drinking lambic that showcases the best of young and wild flavors.  6.3 ABV.

Food Pairing Suggestion: Apero and apple pie on a sunny terrace.

Awards: Brussels Beer Challenge Gold (2021) and Silver (2023) in Traditional Old Style Lambic category. Untappd Top 10 Lambics of 2022.

OUDE KRIEK SCHAR-ELLE

Fall, 2022 bottling season. Blend of 1-, 2- and 4-year-old lambics

Description: Schar-Elle is Lambiek Fabriek’s award-winning interpretation of the specialty Oude Kriek style made with native-Belgian scharbeeske cherries.

Scharbeekse Kriek is celebrated for its regional ties and distinctive tart flavor profile. It is produced annually by traditional lambic makers in limited batches using traditional methods to ensure the authenticity of the beer. When seeking a unique and authentic cherry beer experience, Scharbeekse Kriek is a compelling choice for enthusiasts of sour and fruit-infused beers.

Food pairing suggestion: stuffed pasta, goat cheese, black cherry jam, wild game or as an apertif!

JUICY AND WILD MUSCAR-ELLE

Fall, 2021 (375ml) and Spring, 2022 (750ml) bottling season. Blend of 1.5- and 3-year-old lambics (2021) and 1.5- and 2-year-old lambics (2022)

Description: This lambic is a blend of spontaneously fermented lambics, matured in oak barrels, and macerated with approximately 300 grams of Muscaris grapes per liter. The result is a magnificent beer that balances tangy grape skin with lemon zest acidity. The oak aging and careful blending create a harmonious and joy-inducing experience.

Food pairing suggestion: Extra-mature hard cheese, pan-seared monkfish, chicken and white bean casserole.

JUICY AND WILD BLUE BELLE

Summer 2022 bottling season. Blend of 22 month and 2-year-old lambics.

Description:  This lambic is matured with approximately 300 grams of Muscat Bleu grapes per liter. Muscat Bleu grapes are characterized by their beautiful aroma and slightly spicy bouquet. Expect a delightful blend of tartness and grape sweetness offset with just a hint of spicy zest.

Food pairing suggestion: Soft cheeses, beer-battered fish and chips, blackberry dishes, sour desserts.

JUICY AND WILD BLACK-BELLE

Spring, 2021 (for 750ml) and Fall, 2023 (for 375ml) bottling seasons. Bottled with a blend of 22-month-old lambics.

Description: Juicy and Wild Black-Belle is a delicious young blend of lambics macerated on local Belgian black currants. Pours a deep crimson red with playful notes of blueberry, blackberry, light funk, and both bitter and sweet black currants. A delightful end-of-the-day treat on a warm Summer’s night.

Food Pairing Suggestion: Pork chops and potato salad with a side of baked apples
