When Olivia was just 22 months, Igave birthto Jessica – two beautiful girls, I felt like the luckiest person in the world!


Jessica,right fromtheo ,wasnt thebest at sleeping AsOliviawasstillso young,I wasso paranoidabout breakingherroutinethat I dideverythingI couldto get Jessicato sleepwhen Oliviadid I wouldrock her,lay withher,cuddleher,whateverit took,I didit!
Needlessto say,Jessicadevelopedterriblesleephabitsthat continuedandcontinueduntilI wasat breakingpoint – believeit ornot,Jessicawas4yearsoldwhenI had nally hadenough I hadulcersinmy mouth,I wasgrouchy,I wasargumentative,it wasa ectingmy work and relationshipandI knewI neededhelp
After a lotof research, IfoundJudy – my saviour! I reachedout to Judy andsheguidedme throughaplan helpingmedaily – within5nightsJessicawassleeping7pm-7am I simply couldnt believeit!I knewright thereandthenthat I wantedto helpotherfamilies workingfor acorporatecompany inLondonjust wasn’t formeanymore I saidto Judy that ifshewereever to takeonanothersleepconsultant pleaselet it beme!
Inthemeantime I startedworkingat my daughters primary school I knewthat workingwith childreninsomeway waswhat I wasmeant to bedoing 5yearslaterI get acallfromJudy to say sheready to takesomeoneon– Iwasover themoon andhereIam!
