WAT Family Introduction
Windsor Academy Trust (WAT) is a family of schools committed to unlocking students’ academic and personal potential. We put children at the centre of everything we do, delivering excellent education to 7,100 students aged 2 to 18 driven by 1,100 committed, inspiring and talented staff.
Established in 2011 with Windsor High School and Sixth Form, our family has grown to 12 successful schools. We currently have seven primary and five secondary schools developed from converters, sponsors, single academy trusts and new schools.
Teaching and learning is at the core of our work. This is underpinned by a culture of continuous improvement and extensive professional learning. We have developed exceptional teachers, leaders and professional services staff within our family and for schools and school trusts across the country for over a decade.
Our bi-annual WAT conference is an opportunity to further enhance the professional development of our staff. By bringing all of our professional family together at the same time, we are ensuring we have the time to learn and grow together so that our staff, students and communities can thrive together.
Thriving
Welcome to the Windsor Academy Trust Conference 2023, ‘Thriving’!
Dear Valued Partners,
We warmly welcome you into the vibrant and expanding family of Windsor Academy Trust (WAT). We stand united in our mission to unlock the academic and personal potential of every student, a moral purpose that shapes our endeavors and drives us towards excellence.
We’re excited to be holding our next WAT Conference on 8th December 2023 at the International Convention Centre in Birmingham. The conference will bring together 1,500 staff and external guests for a day of professional learning, networking and collaboration. Our ‘Thriving’ conference represents an exciting opportunity for our partners. As WAT continues to grow with the recent addition of Greenways and Milton Primary Academies, we now serve over 1300 dedicated and inspiring staff members across multiple schools. This expansion provides an even wider audience for your brand and organisations to reach, engage with, and make an impact.
We would love you to join us on our mission to inspire learners and transform communities by offering unique sponsorship and exhibition opportunities at our upcoming conference. Your involvement will not only make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students, but it will also elevate your brand, showcasing your commitment to the future of education.
At WAT, we understand that every organisation has unique objectives and financial capabilities. That’s why we have designed various levels of sponsorship, suitable for a range of budgets. From headline sponsorship, offering the maximum level of exposure, to our costeffective exhibitor packages, there is a spectrum of opportunities to align with our ethos and enhance your brand visibility.
We invite you to explore these opportunities and join us on our journey of growth, development, and transformation. By partnering with us, you will be directly contributing to the betterment of our students and the broader community. Let’s unlock potential, foster dreams, and create a brighter future together.
We sincerely look forward to welcoming you into our WAT family, championing our shared mission, and thriving together.
