What we will do
The Curriculum
Pedagogy
● We will continue to integrate digital technology into lesson planning, ensuring it supports and enhances learning across all subjects.
● We are developing a clear approach to how students use iPads and traditional books for their work, finding the right balance for effective learning.
● Our curriculum will include the use of popular apps and digital tools that reflect industry standards, helping students develop essential skills for the future.
• We will use AirServer to demonstrate and explain lessons more clearly by sharing screens in real time.
• We’ll be focusing on personalised learning by using iPad accessibility features to support individual student needs (details to come).
• For behavior management, we’ll be using the Apple Classroom and Teacher apps to keep students on task and engaged during lessons.

What we will do
● We are offering tailored training for our staff, including a new induction programme to support them as they join our school.
● All of our teaching staff will become Apple Teacher Certified, ensuring they can use iPads effectively to support student learning.
● We are proud to have a staff member in the first-ever national group of Apple Learning Coaches, who will help other teachers enhance their digital skills.
• We are helping parents build their expertise with live training sessions and sharing helpful Apple iPad guides to support their children's learning at home.
Civic
• We are working to improve how students and parents engage with key platforms like Showbie, Google Classroom, and Class Charts, making it easier to stay connected and informed.
Sustainability
• We are reducing the use of unnecessary resources, such as reducing the number of desktop computers, photocopying, and exercise books.
• We will use digital technology to track and manage energy use more efficiently, including a live energy management dashboard in all schools to monitor and help lower energy costs.
