Birds, birds, everywhere!
We are excited to announce that every child in school will have the opportunity to design and decorate a bird that will be included in The flock exhibition at Wentworth Woodhouse on the 3rd October.
Science films
Y4A have been learning about the seven life processes. The children used their teamwork skills to create videos to explain them to other people. Head on over to our website to see the videos.
Peer Critique
Year 3 have been introduced to peer critique. They have been supporting their friends in improving their writing by providing warm (something really good) and cool (something to improve) feedback.

Democracy in action...
This week all classes held an election to select their class representative for school council. The candidates running for election were asked to prepare a speech to share with their class before the ballot took place. Well done to everyone who ran for council and CONGRATULATIONS to those elected!
TinkerCad
Y6M have been using TinkerCad in their ICT lessons this week to design their own Anderson shelters.

Shade and tone
