Dear Parent/Carer

SATs Results We are extremely pleased with our SATs results. Pupils achieving National Expected Standard for the end of year 6 are 85% in Reading, 86% in Writing, 88% in Grammar Punctuation and Spelling and a whopping 97% Maths. A massive thank you to all our staff, children and parents for your hard work in ensuring the Y6 achieved their very best in their time with us. We wish them the best of luck in their new schools and we hope they continue to do well in the future.

Sports Day On a very sunny, Friday, 5th July, the whole school took part in a fabulous sports day. The children were resilient, hard working and showed excellent sportsmanship as they performed their very best and cheered each other on. House Shelley were the overall winners – congratulations! Thank you to all the parents who came along to watch and stayed and had a picnic with their child. Well done to all the children who took part - we hope you enjoyed it.

Prom Year 6 had a wonderful evening celebrating at their end of year prom on 3rd July. The children all looked absolutely fabulous dressed up in their prom wear. They enjoyed an evening of dancing and dining in style being waited on hand and foot by staff. Good luck at your new schools Year 6 – we will miss you! More photos can be seen on the school website.
