Who We Are Welcome to the Windsor Essex Community Health Centre. As a community health centre, WECHC continuously aims to support the vulnerable populations in Windsor and Essex County by offering equitable, safe, quality care that is client centered and close to home. We operate 6 physical locations throughout Windsor and Essex County. They include: Teen Health Site (Ouellette Ave.), Street Health Site (Pelissier), Diabetes Wellness Site (Lauzon Pkwy), Leamington Site (Princess Street), Sandwich Site (College Ave.), and Pickwick Site (Tecumseh Rd. E.). In addition to these sites we offer numerous services at various locations throughout Windsor and Essex County. The Erie St. Clair LHIN largely funds our programs and services allowing us to offer them to our clients at no charge. Please take note of the advertisers in this publication.
