Lost and found If you have lost an item or want to report a found item, please call Security. • Toronto General, Toronto Western or Princess Margaret: 416 340 4111 • Toronto Rehab: 416 597 3422 extension 3070 You can turn in found items to any hospital staff member. They will send it to the Security office for safekeeping. Unclaimed items are held for up to 30 days.
myUHN Patient Portal myUHN is a free tool for UHN patients that you can access through a secure website or mobile app. With myUHN, you can: • access your UHN health record anywhere and at anytime by using a computer, smartphone or tablet • see your appointments • view your results as soon as they are ready • update your demographic (personal) information • check in before appointments • send secure messages to your health care team Ask for an activation code or link when you check in for your next appointment, or go to www.myUHN.ca or the myUHN app to sign up online.
