2021 has continued to be defined by the pandemic, where we, like many others, have had to adapt our operations. We have periodically had travel and visitor bans together with many employees working from home, our preventive efforts have worked well as we have not had any spread of infection in the workplace. Although the pandemic has in some respects pushed us into a consolidation phase sales-wise, we as a group have continued to develop and build the strength to take further steps in development. We track sales to budget and have achieved a stronger result than budgeted and also stronger than last year, which is important for continued growth. We also see improved liquidity despite large investments.

Throughout the year, we faced continued challenges in the bio-oil segment, with limited supplies of raw materials. For chemicals and other product segments such as logistics, we see growth in both sales and profitability. This effect largely compensates for the challenges on the bio oil side, and overall we had a strong year, well above budgetary targets. Wibax has taken the lead in electrifying heavy traffic through Sweden, with Europe's and perhaps the world's first electric truck with a total weight of 64 tonnes. We see great potential in the new vehicle and what it stands for and are convinced that more customers will want to be part of this journey. Our products and services help other companies to make our world better, something that I would certainly call Good Chemistry. Jonas Wiklund CEO WIBAX Group AB

Northvolt chooses Wibax FOR STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP

Northvolt is currently building Europe's largest battery factory for the production of lithium-ion batteries for electric cars and energy storage. The chemicals supplier Wibax that has been selected for a strategic partnership as a chemical supplier for battery manufacturing, is located a short distance from the factory in Skelleftehamn.

Ever since its foundation in 1986, Wibax has focused on sustainability issues. Just before the turn of the year 2022, a partnership was launched with Scania to transition logistics to electric trucks. The next step is to work with Northvolt in their ambition to electrify the world and thus make us less dependent on fossil fuels. "This is much more than a traditional customer and supplier relationship. Together, we have the ambition to electrify logistics and that is where our collaboration with Scania fits in very well. In 2022, we will service the route between Piteå and Skellefteå with an electric truck that has a total weight of 64 tonnes, which is world-unique", explains Jonas Wiklund, CEO of Wibax. Wibax's goal is to be a leader in the transition to fossil-free transport. The company's core values are "good chemistry" and the investment together with Northvolt is in line with that motto. "There has been talk about these issues for a long time, but now we also notice that market demand for better logistics solutions is increasing, it is starting to happen for real. Our core value of 'good chemistry'

goes hand in hand with Northvolt's ambition to make the world's greenest batteries. Our strong presence in other parts of the Nordic region also means that there are further opportunities to make a positive contribution when it comes to the transition to a greener world", says Jonas Wiklund. For just over two years, Wibax has been supplying chemicals to Northvolt's research facility in Västerås in a collaboration that is now being deepened. "It is incredibly exciting to be part of Northvolt's journey from research facility to full-scale production facilities. We will continue contributing to each other's development and further strengthen our relationships for many years to come", says Fredrik Nyberg, Business Development Manager at Wibax. "Wibax is a very promising partner for us. They are firmly rooted in the regional business community and the ambition to electrify their vehicle fleet is completely in line with our goal to achieve a minimal carbon footprint in our logistics as well", says Fredrik Hedlund, CEO of Northvolt Ett.

Wibax' 64 tonnes of history Wibax has focused on sustainability from the very beginning. Now the company is taking another step up - together with Scania, a world-first is being launched, an electric ADR-approved truck with a total weight of 64 tonnes, which is a new record for electric trucks.

WIBAX CREATES HISTORY

IT'S NOT JUST IN BIG CITIES that electric vehicles are finding a place. Wibax transports bulk goods in rural areas and has tried to be at the forefront of sustainability since its founding in 1986. The company's ambition is to be a sustainable chemical supplier, with both people and the environment in mind. Through the new innovation, electric trucks that can handle up to 64 tonnes, the company is taking another step. "We have identified logistics as the biggest climate impact in our business, so we have to work on it. When the trucks weigh as much as ours do, however, electric

operation is complicated", explains Jonas Wiklund, CEO of Wibax. Together with Scania, Wibax has worked for a long time to find a solution, and the vehicle that is now put into operation will be the first of many, and is important for us in achieving our climate goals. "With just this vehicle, we reduce climate impact by up to 1370 tonnes of CO 2 and we do it with a vehicle with full towing capacity. In other words, this is a real game changer", says Jonas Wiklund.

Scania and Wibax have worked closely together to make this electrified solution a reality. "This is the first electric 64-tonne truck to be used by customers. Step by step, we are showing that electrical solutions happen very quickly and essentially across all segments", says Fredrik Allard, head of E-mobility, Scania. Skellefteå Kraft has calculated the type of charging equipment required for this investment and has delivered the charging station. "The vehicles that will be electrified last are the long-haul ones, because of the range required. Electrification means that we must optimise transport based on other parameters than those we do today", says Magnus Sundström, CEO of Wibax Logistics. "Electricity supply is currently a hotly debated issue, for electrification to have full impact, the entire electricity system must be strengthened. For us, this is a long-term strategic investment and we are confident that those who work with electricity supply will provide us with a reliable, sustainable system. At present, it feels natural to start in northern Sweden, where we already have a stable supply of sustainably produced electricity", says Jonas Wiklund. Wibax's goal is to be a leader in the transition to fossil-free transport. That is why we are happy to be one of the first companies to make this change in our vehicle fleet. The close collaboration with Scania makes the transition possible. "It is important for us to be at the forefront of sustainability issues. The important thing is that it should not only look good on paper, but really mean something. Lighter electric trucks have been on the market for a while, but for us it only became sustainable now that we can electrify 64-tonne loads. Our core value is "good chemistry" and this investment is in line with that motto. "There has been talk about these issues for a long time, but now we also

Inauguration of the 64-tonne electric truck

On Monday the 13th, the truck manufacturer Scania delivered the world's first 64 tonne electric truck to Piteå. Here it is shown by Jonas Wiklund, CEO of Wibax and Kristoffer Nyberg, Scania.

Now Wibax and Scania have jointly created 64 tonnes of history and the first electric truck that can tow 64 tonnes is inaugurated. On December 13, the inauguration event was held at Wibax' headquarters and truck workshop in Piteå.

notice that market demand for better logistics solutions is increasing, it is starting to happen for real", says Jonas Wiklund. "I also believe that the transition away from fossil fuels will become an increasingly important part of being an attractive employer", Jonas Wiklund concludes.

The event began with lunch for invited guests and then moved to Wibax's truck workshop, which had been decorated and set up for the inauguration. Jonas Wiklund, CEO of Wibax Group and Kristoffer Nyberg, Scania presented the investment and then a curtain was drawn back and the new electric truck could be seen.

* The project is part-financed by REEL, a national initiative where leading Swedish stakeholders have joined forces to accelerate the transition to electrified emission-free road transport. The initiative, led by CLOSER, is part-financed by the Vehicle Strategic Research and Innovation (FFI) programme through Vinnova and the Swedish Energy Agency. "

There were many who took the opportunity to try out the electric truck alongside truck driver Helena Hedman. Electric cars from Norrlandsbil in Piteå were also available to test drive. We want to thank everyone who participated in the event! 5

Wibax Logistics is Fair Transport certified, which means that we as a logistics company always have the work environment, quality, the environment and road safety in mind. It is a promise to ourselves and our customers. We are responsible and conscious of climate issues and road safety. We are working to be a sustainable carrier Our logistics company Wibax Logistics AB handles the Wibax Group's logistics needs and provides logistics solutions to external customers. With terminals in strategic locations throughout the country and a comprehensive tanker fleet, we offer customers cost-effective solutions for the best possible service. We work for sustainable development, optimal resource utilisation and the best environmental alternatives. Smart technological know-how combined with efficient logistics fulfills these purposes and also results in good overall economy. This is Good Chemistry to us. Fair Transport is an industry certification of sustainble road logistics, and was developed in response to increased expectations on the industry, from the surrounding community. The certification means that we meet certain quality criteria and that this is continuously reviewed by an independent third party. The certification thus

These are some of the drivers who participated from Wibax:

During the month of September, the country's truck drivers hit the roads as part of a fundraiser for the benefit of the Childhood Cancer Foundation. The drivers themselves donated 1 SEK per 10 kilometres and in 2021, a number of Wibax drivers from different places participated. This was a great initiative by the drivers and Wibax therefore wanted to contribute an additional 1 SEK per 10 kilometres driven, to the Childhood Cancer Foundation, through this we doubled the contribution from our drivers. In total, all over the country, 2,000 truck drivers donated one SEK per 10 km and a total of more than two million SEK was collected for the benefit of the Childhood Cancer Foundation. Well done!

ensures that our transports are carried out responsibly, safely and reliably. Our drivers are trained in safety and environmental issues, are coached regularly via a system for resource-efficient driving and are at a high level compared to other drivers in Europe. Efficient driving means reduced fuel consumption and tyre wear, fewer repairs and less maintenance, which results in a lower environmental impact.

Wibax's collaboration with SunPine includes transport and storage of products that SunPine uses in its production of biofuels. SunPine rents the Wibax cistern on Haraholmen and in 2021 a joint renovation project was carried out. The tank, which holds about 18,000 m3, will be a sustainable tank where SunPine can store both tall oil and crude pine diesel. Here you see the change to a new cistern roof that is about 33 meters in diameter. The new roof, which together with the mantle weighs about 120 tonnes, is lifted in place by a giant crane with an 80 metre lifting arm. This joint renovation project was made possible thanks to fruitful collaboration with Relitor, IVAB and AFRY Luleå.

SVENSKA

TRUCKERS

HANS SANDSTRÖM Hans Sandström, tanker driver at Wibax, is one of Sweden's most fuel efficient professional drivers. He participated in Swedish Truckers in the spring of 2021 and is happy to have been part of the programme, demonstrating the most important thing, namely driving and the fact that drivers really are responsible. Hans has won several competitions in ecodriving or frugal driving. Hans does not see it as difficult but more as a matter of planning his driving and thinking ahead, to let the truck roll out and make sure to drive smoothly. As a chemicals truck driver, it is a great advantage to be good at smooth, economical driving because the liquids in the tank slosh around when the car changes speed or is on a slope. It is extremely important to drive wisely in such situations. I hope that more people will open their eyes to the concept of eco-driving, both for the environment and for the economy, Hans explains. After Hans Sandström has worked about 6 long shifts and driven about 420 km with a full load of 64 tonnes, the vehicle's eco-driving meter showed a perfect 100% rating. This means that Hans has driven 100% re-

EBBA GRANKVIST source efficiently in all aspects, i.e. planning ahead, vehicle, braking and engine speed. He is very happy to be part of the programme and he also likes that the series shows such a breadth within the profession. "I am completely convinced that it gives people in general a completely different view of the profession. For example, I think most people think it's dirty in a truck cab when it's the opposite. Just as with chemicals trucks, everything in the cab must be spotless. Of course, Hans hopes that his participation will lead to more of those who drive opening their eyes to the concept of frugal driving, both for the environment and for the economy.

Ebba Grankvist, one of Wibax's tanker truck drivers from Piteå, participated in Swedish Truckers during the autumn of 2021. "I said yes on the last day of registration and had to hurry to send in all the paperwork and film an application video. Two days after I had handed in everything, the production company called and told me that they wanted me on board. During high school, Ebba attended the vehicle programme at Strömbackaskolan in Piteå with a focus on logistics It was a gamble that later turned out to be so much fun! Many people close to Ebba doubted that she would be able to complete the

vehicle programme because she lacked prior knowledge. "It upset me and made me decide to prove them wrong. I thought to myself 'now I'll finish that damn programme just to show everyone' I can do exactly what I want, she says. Ebba describes herself as having a thick skin. She feels that more women are needed in the profession. "High school was the best thing I ever did and I recommend the vehicle programme to anyone interested. Us girls are needed in the logistics industry and we do a damn good job, she says.

The chemical company Wibax has succeeded in building an ever-expanding group with sustainable development as its business concept. Wibax develops products with minimal environmental impact and strives to constantly reduce its ecological footprint, for example with the help of smart logistics. A key role in industrial transition Wibax was founded back in 1986 and now has a number of subsidiaries, all of which actively focus on sustainability based on their specialist areas. Our range covers everything from green chemicals to bio oil, and is also constantly being developed to meet new industrial needs. Wibax therefore plays a key role in the industry's transition to renewable and sustainable operation. "By far the most important thing for us is to contribute to sustainable development with the help of our products. Everything we manufacture, buy and sell is associated with businesses that in turn lay the foundation for a sustainable future. As an example, we supply chemicals that are used to purify and adjust the pH value of drin8

king water, says" Jonas Wiklund, CEO, Wibax Group. Close to our customers Wibax is a distribution company that buys and sells chemicals, but also has its own production. "We work to reduce the climate footprint all the time. Part of that work can be linked to our products contributing to sustainability through their application, such as water purification. Another and very important part of our quest for increased sustainability is that we want to be as close to the customers as possible to reduce the need for land-based transport, Jonas Wiklund explains. Here, our range of terminals has an important role, our storage locations in strategic locations in Sweden and Finland allow us to be close to our customers and thus minimise transport distances. For a circular future For Wibax, the future is about becoming even more sustainable throughout our operations and their associated processes. This includes not least our customers' processes. Taking advantage of every imaginable residual pro-

duct from industrial processes is an important starting point for achieving the dream of the circular society. The subsidiary Wibax Biofuels' entire business concept is based on transforming a residual product into a valuable and sought-after raw material. "To help industries restructure operations using sustainable chemicals and products, such as biooil, is the most important task we have for the future, our bio-oil replaces a fossil oil with a biological alternative recycled from another green process, yielding a doubly positive environmental effect", explains Jonas Wiklund.

BELOVED

WIBAX lays the foundation for a sustainable future

BELOVED CHEMICALS! Unwanted, misunderstood and even hated. Let’s renew the view of chemicals. The fact is that they are positively life-changing – chemicals give us pure water, let us breathe clean air, and give us heat and energy without burdening our planet. Our chemical love story dates all the way back to 1986. Visit www.wibax.com to see how it continues.

OUR BUSINESS IS GOOD CHEMISTRY Wibax Wibax produces, adapts and delivers chemicals and bio oils, controlling the entire supply chain from producer to end customer. In this way, we create sustainable development and a good total economy for Nordic industries.

THE CAMPAIGN "BELOVED CHEMICALS" Wibax's film series "Beloved Chemicals" is a campaign aimed at showing what benefit chemicals actually have for the environment and our society. Chemistry is everywhere, which gives us a lot of choices when it comes to influencing our ecological footprint. Wibax develops products with minimal environmental impact and strives to constantly reduce our ecological footprint, for example with the help of smart logistics. Chemicals are vital and allow us to breathe clean air, drink clean water and produce heat and energy with less impact on our planet.

WIBAX accelerates the industrial transition to renewables Wibax Biofuels purchases residual products from various industries that use vegetable oils in their processes and creates a new valuable raw material from these residues in the form of liquid bio-oils.

Taking advantage of every imaginable residual product from industrial processes is an important starting point for achieving the dream of the circular society. Wibax Biofuels' entire business concept is based on transforming a residual product into a valuable and sought-after raw material. "We use liquid bio-oils from residue created by industrial processes containing vegetable oils. It is a residue that can not be used for anything else and that was once simply discarded. We collect vegetable oil residues from many different industries, as well as residues from tall oil distillation", explains David Wiklund, CEO of Wibax Biofuels.

Peak load for district heating plants Liquid bio-oils from Wibax Biofuels are used to power industrial processes and should not be confused with biofuels for vehicles. Wibax bio-oils are used, among other things, as peak load fuels for district heating plants, to boost production during the coldest days of the year. "More and more fossil oil boilers are being replaced with alternatives that use bio-oil, which bring major climate benefits" It is a development that we enable with our products", explains David Wiklund. Helping industrial customers who do not currently use bio-oils in their processes is another important part of the business. Here, Wibax can draft a plan for facility analysis, remodelling and start-up of the facility, and it's all handled by one company. Wibax provides advice and support to enable the industry to switch to renewable biooils more quickly. All major Swedish energy and district heating producers already use bio-oil and it is becoming more common even among larger industries that have opened their eyes to fossil-free products. The goal is to help industrial customers switch to only renewable fuels in the future and thus reduce their climate footprint. We are distributors Wibax delivers liquid bio-oils with its own tankers and via its own distribution terminals. Having a tight-knit distribution network with terminals in strategic locations throughout the country is important from a sustainability point of view but also to guarantee supply security for customers. This makes Wibax unique in the market. "In order for us to really be able to say that we work for sustainability, we must be able to deliver when the customer needs the product, ie often when it is coldest and the product is needed to drive the customer's process immediately. We can be absolutely certain of our ability to do this

thanks to our own distribution network with our own transports and our own marine terminals. Accustomed to rapid adjustment Wibax is used to rapid transitions. The demand for biofuels can change quickly and often depends on the cold. When it gets cold, the demand for bio-oil to power reserve boilers at district heating plants increases, but bio-oil is also used at production peaks in other industries. Wibax aims to increase the use of bio-oil to accelerate industrial transition and thus help customers reduce their climate footprint.

Fossil-free heating of Wibax terminals Wibax has converted the terminal in Skut- skär from fossil heating to bio-oil, with climate investment support from the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency. Many of our terminals store products that require heated tanks, something previously powered by the combustion of fossil fuel oil. Wibax works actively on several fronts to reduce our emissions and a grant from the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency via Klimatklivet has enabled the conversion of our last remaining fossil-heated terminal in Sweden. This means that, following conversion of the terminal in Skutskär, the primary heat source for all Wibax's terminals is fossil-free, which will further reduce our greenhouse gas emissions. Based on the average consumption of oil in recent years, the conversion will result in a reduction in emissions of approximately 193 tonnes of fossil CO 2 / year.

turned towards northern Europe. The news from northern Sweden, Finland and Norway has largely been about new establishments of heavy industry. For example, who would have thought that the first new steelworks established in Europe in 45 years would be located in Norrbotten? Or that a completely new basic industry in the form of the battery sector is emerging in Mo i Rana, Narvik, Skellefteå, Vaasa and Hamina, to name a few current investments. Many major stakeholders wish to access the green energy we can offer to new production sites in the Nordic region. Wibax, with 19 strategically established terminals in Finland, Sweden and Estonia, is in a good position to support these new start-ups with products, storage and transport services.

2021 WAS A YEAR WHEN MANY EYES

DEVELOPMENT AND FUTURE

2021 was also a year marked by global logistics disruptions due to the pandemic sweeping across the world. This year, Wibax has also shown how important it is to have a local presence and control over the logistics chain. The fact that Northvolt in 2021 chose Wibax as its strategic partner and chemical supplier is further proof of how important logistics management and delivery security are for customers. Wibax is now stronger than ever and has managed to wisely navigate the challenges that have arisen in the form of container shortages, product shortages and pandemic restrictions that have affected staff as well as customers and suppliers. Together we will build our sustainable future!

A new production company CEO At a group level, Wibax remains in a phase of strong development, with a focus on growth throughout all departments, including our own products. We therefore further strengthen the organisation in the production company to better meet our future challenges in both the short and long term. We welcome Markus Holmlund as CEO of Wibax Production AB!

MARKUS HOLMLUND , Piteå, was most recently at the construction company Lindbäck's, where he has worked since 2015, most recently as business manager and vice president. Previously, he worked at ABB as head of the factory in Öjebyn. He has an academic background in industrial economics and solid experience from senior positions in producer companies and will certainly, alongside operations manager Michael Bodin and the entire production team, take the company to the next level.

Over a number of years now, Wibax has been remodelling the production facility in Piteå, and through the expanded permit, we have the ability to produce just over 150,000 tonnes of current products such as liquid magnesium and aluminum sulphate per year. When the new environmental permit entered into force, the working

environment was adapted, safety and environmental procedures were reviewed to minimise environmental impact. – I am enthusiastic about being part of a developing organisation, and I enjoy working in a production-type business. Wibax also has a very strong brand as an employer and I am really looking forward to being part of the continued development. I look forward to working to find more business opportunities for our existing products, while also working to develop and introduce new ones. In this way, I hope to be able to contribute to our continued growth, says Markus Holmlund, CEO of Wibax Production AB. – It feels great to welcome Markus to the company and I am sure that he will be an important contributor now that we are continuing to expand our own production, says Jonas Wiklund, CEO Wibax Group.

WIBAX staff conference

WIBAX safety days for a safe work environment Wibax has completed a number of training days with a focus on a safe working environment for all employees. The safety days are tailored to specific groups of professionals. We started with Wibax's head office in Piteå, where our drivers, traffic planners, workshop staff and industrial workers participated in a safety day tailored to their areas of work. The safety day included both lectures and practical exercises Among other things, staff were trained in how to find an emergency shower, how to act in the event of a lithium battery fire and how to secure one's toolbox. Additionally, the day covered work with preventive safety, how to perform a quick risk analysis, and a closer look at the contingency plan. We have also conducted tailored safety days in Norrköping for our employees in Southern Sweden and in Finland for our Finnish employees. In southern Sweden, drivers and depot staff from Skutskär, Uddevalla, Malmö and Norrköping gathered in Norrköping for a joint safety day where they talked about how the brain works and how to act risk-consciously. We have also carried out various exercises in small groups with the aim of raising awareness and discussing safety issues further. They have been great days with information and exercises tailored to different professional groups, all to help us maintain a safe work environment! 13

Wibax collaborates with Skanska Mälarenergi chooses fossil-free Wibax logistics As part of Wibax's work to reduce dependence on fossil fuels, Wibax offers fossil-free road transport with HVO for customers who want to reduce their fossil footprint. "We think it's great that Mälar- energi AB in Västerås has decided that all their bulk deliveries from Wibax will be made with fossil-free fuel." The calculation is based on the Mass Balance method - based on the contract

with the customer, we get information on how much fuel is needed to cover the customer's transports. We then use a mass balance to be able to show and ensure that Wibax uses the corresponding volumes of HVO based on our customer orders. At the end of the year, declarations are sent to the customer, detailing fuel consumption and the associated reduction in fossil footprint and emissions of fossil CO 2 .

Wibax Industrial has, on behalf of Skanska Skellefteå, remodelled a trailer for a mobile storage tank for bio-oil. The tank has a volume of 59,000 litres and is made of acid-proof material. This includes a system for safe loading to reduce the risk of overfilling. A loading filter and electric heating are also included. "This assignment is our tenth collaboration with Skanska Industrial Solutions and the second mobile tank for bio-oil that we have delivered to Skanska, says Fredrik Nordström, CEO of Wibax Industrial AB. Wibax offers complete solutions where we convert facilities and help with installation,

commissioning, optimisation and evaluation. Wibax delivers bio-oils with its own tankers from terminals strategically located along the entire coast of Sweden. We also offer rental tanks and heating equipment to safeguard customer operations, for instance during maintenance work.

Wibax named

MEMBER COMPANY OF THE MONTH

by the Norrbotten Chamber of Commerce (Feb 2021) 20

We consider our membership of the Chamber of Commerce strategically important, not least for the political advocacy work conducted by them. We see it as a strength that can yield long term political influence in fields and areas that are important to us. In 2020, we invested heavily, primarily in infrastructure to continue building on our concept in Sweden, but perhaps most of all in Finland. Logis-

tics is our most important resource, which is why we care about maximum loads, the load capacity of the road network and year-round accessibility to ports. It is incredibly important that ports get the focus they deserve, as maritime transport tends to be superior for economy and sustainability. Naturally, we are also positive about the expansion of the railways, primarily the efforts geared towards freight services.

How would you sum up your 2021? "This year has turned out incredibly well. We have faced certain challenges, but still met our budgetary targets. We have continued to develop with strong profitability and kept building the organisation, strengthening it for the next step. The plan is to pass the three billion mark by 2025. A long way from the current 1.4 billion, but we have strong ambitions and are confident about our growth I think we will make it." He is quick to add: "I do not want to take all the credit, we are a fantastic organisation that have built this together. I have many good colleagues and together we have created the necessary conditions. Being at the helm of this journey is fantastic, especially when you like growth." When did you become active in the company? "I have been active in the company since the 90s, when I joined as a truck driver, after military service" Eventually, I ended up in charge of logistics and terminals, a role I held until 2012. Then I stepped in as group CEO." How would you describe yourself as a leader? "I want everyone to have that warm feeling, to know that today was a good day, and one that they have been able to influence. It is important to give praise. I could not be in a workplace without doing that", he says, adding that he tries to be a clear and humble leader. "When I started working as a traffic manager after a year as a driver, I was 20 years old and had colleagues who were almost 60." I was the manager's son making my way there almost by chance, and that required humility. That was extremely valu-

able training, because the feedback was crystal clear. Sometimes painfully clear, but I decided early on that I would handle feedback well, regardless of how that feedback was presented. What are your main motivations? "I am motivated by growth and development, but not always focused on just turnover or profitability. When I started, I focused on the number of trucks in our fleet. What are you most proud of as a leader? "What makes me the most proud is to follow up on things and see how people grow. That I can let them know that they are performing well. The pride they feel is visible Those days are the best days on the job", he says and continues: "It's important that everyone feels that they're contributing and doing a good job. This becomes more challenging as we become more and more people." What are your plans for 2022? "Work wise, it's a matter of meeting budget targets. We will be expanding quite a bit over the next year, and progressing through our business plan, leading up to 2025 where the goal is a doubled turnover. I look forward to it.
