But nowhere else is the riding so fast and nowhere else can we get extensive testing feedback under such high stress. For us there‘s no question of us not taking part. Our state of the art engineering and machining must be confronted with testing the real world. For our riders racing at this level is their life. Our junior DH racer Silas Grandy (17) is now in his second year of racing on Nicolai bikes. Outside school he is fully committed to his racing career. The GATES NICOLAI Team is the interface between the athletes, the R&D and Marketing.
