ACTIVITY INFORMATION ACTIVITY CLOTHING ADVICE We provide the necessary specialist equipment. Participants are recommended to wear old clothing and be dressed appropriately for the weather. Long hair needs to be tied back and loose fitting clothing should be avoided. Rings and earrings will need to be removed. Any valuables such as watches, mobile phones, and personal stereos should not be carried on sessions. Well fitted footwear should be worn for all sessions.
ADDITIONAL CLOTHING INFORMATION Archery: Feet must be covered and no loose clothing. Fencing: Feet and legs must be covered. High Ropes: Feet must be covered with well fitted footwear and knees should be covered Mountain Biking: Feet must be covered with well fitted footwear. Gorge Walks: Feet must be covered with well fitted footwear and knees should be covered. Kayaking, Canoeing, Raft Building, Gorge Walk: Be prepared to get wet. Footwear that will not fall off must be worn for these sessions.
