The management of the Hawkswood Country Estate take great care and attention to detail. Guests know that they are in for real luxury, the minute they arrive at the award-winning venue.

The Estate in made up of three properties, all of which offer accommodation options; Hawkswood House which opened in the summer of 2014, The Roundel which opened in March 2016 and Bowhill which opened its facilities at the end of October 2017.

Hawkswood House and The Roundel offer five luxury ensuite bedrooms which can be configured as double or twin accommodation, both accommodating up to 10 guests in each property Each property boasts two large reception rooms, ideal for entertaining; with log-burners creating a warm ambience on a chilly night. Hawkswood House and The Roundel come complete with fully-equipped kitchens for those who wish to self-cater. Although, private chefs can be organised to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner during their stay if required.

The superbly-appointed accommodation options also feature idyllic terraced balconies with spectacular views of the surrounding Fife countryside, perfect for al fresco eating and drinking in the warmer months.

The superb properties of the Hawkswood Country Estate also have their own private Hydro Spa, outdoor barbeque and patio area for the enjoyment of guests during their stay. For golfers, you don’t have to leave your golf game on the fairways of St Andrews, oth properties feature a private short game area with five pitching mats, six holes and two bunkers providing a variety of lies and distances.

The properties also share a private 270 yard driving range for the use of residents.

Transport can be arranged to take the hassle out of the golf break. 16-seater and 8-seater transport to and from golf destinations can be provided, allowing organisers to enjoy all that the accommodation and golf courses have to offer whilst relaxing and taking in the splendid surroundings.
