Post Hole Diggers GMR 300 Compact/Utility Tractor Post Hole Digger GMR 300 is designed to fit most 14-24 horsepower tractors equipped with a Category 0 - 3 point hitch and a 540 rpm PTO. It fits the 16 HP Kubota Model B7100. Capable of handling 6", 9" and 12" diameter standard duty 30" length augers, this 3 position boom allows the unit to fit a variety of tractor models. A lever is provided for the operator to adjust the auger starting angle.

The gearbox has a 3:1 gear ratio and is protected by the shear-pin PTO drive. The gearbox features tapered roller bearings and spring loaded seals and has a 5 year limited warranty. Built for years of trouble-free work with a minimum amount of maintenance. GMR 170565

NOTE: Most tractors of this size have lift arms made of ⅞ inch diameter, Category I pins, but with the 20 inch Category 0 spacing. Tractors with very short lift arms made for 5⁄8 inch diameter pins may not be suitable for digging post holes. (Special ⅝ inch diameter pins are available for those tractors that can handle the post hole digger).

GMR 500

GMR 500 Standard post hole digger handles 6", 9" or 12" standard or heavy duty augers with 2" inside diameter opening. The three position boom allows the operator to maximize the auger digging depth. The GMR500 mounts on tractors with Category I or II rear three-point hitches. A lever is provided for the operator to adjust the digging angle from the driver seat. The gearbox is protected by the shear-pin PTO drive. The gearbox has a limited 5 year warranty and features tapered roller bearings and spring loaded seals. GMR 170810 Down Force Kit is designed for the GMR 500 post hole digger. GMR 170810 provides additional down pressure to dig through hard soil surfaces.

GMR 720 Heavy Duty post hole digger easily handles augers from 6" to 24" with 2" inside diameter opening. A three position boom adjustment allows for maximum auger use. Constructed of heavy duty steel materials, the GMR 720 is designed for years of work.

Model GMR 925 Industrial Duty post hole digger has the power and strength to dig holes the depth and diameter you want. The GMR 925 handles up to a 30" auger. This economical post hole digger has shear-pin PTO protection for the gearbox if the auger encounters an immovable object. The industrial duty gearbox has a 4:1 gear ratio providing high torque for those tough digging jobs, especially using larger diameter augers.

GMR 706080 Down Force Kit is designed for GMR 720 post hole digger. GMR 706080 provides down force pressure to dig through hard soil surfaces.

GMR 709025 Down Force Kit is designed for the GMR 925. GMR 709025 provides down force pressure to dig through hard soil surfaces.

SPECIFICATIONS • Ability to reverse the auger should it become entangled in roots or rocks. • No need to replace shear-bolts or repair slip clutches as required on PTO operated units. • No PTO lifting restrictions with tractor, loader, or backhoe boom. • Models ending with “14HC” are designed for 5–10 gpm @ 1500–3000 PSI hydraulic systems. • Models ending with “24HC” are designed for 10–20 gpm @ 1,500–3,000 PSI hydraulic systems. • “14HC” units will handle 6" to14" augers. • “24HC” units will handle 6" to 24" augers. • All hydraulic units (except GMR 614HC and GMR 624HC) come less hydraulic hoses.

The models GMR 614HC and GMR 624HC three point post hole diggers are designed for the operator without a front loader but likes the benefits that hydraulic operation offers. Both the GMR 614HC and GMR 624HC mount to tractors with Category I/II hitches. The GMR 714HC and GMR 724HC will attach to backhoe booms or excavators to allow an operator to reach hard to get to places. These units also attach to either side of a loader bucket with four ½" bolts for an unobstructed view of the digging operation. The GMR 814HC and GMR 824HC models clamp on to the bucket for easy on and off. Each unit slips on to the cutting edge of the bucket and has two turnbuckles and chains to secure it to the bucket. Each unit is adjustable for the left or right side of the bucket, allowing the operator to have a better view of the digging operation.

This heavy duty driver is ideal for rolling terrain where vertical alignment needs adjustment for almost every post. The GMR HPD16SHC heavy duty design allows the operator to quickly align post and reduce tractor shock. The positioning pivots are built to withstand shock loads drivers produce during operation. Fast and easy alignment is accomplished by two large 3" x 6" hydraulic cylinders. A separate two spool valve is easily accessible to the operator. One valve operates the fore and aft positions and the other operates the side to side positions. This valve operates on either open-center or closed-center hydraulic systems to match the operators tractor system. The “SHC” driver has stabilizer legs as standard equipment. The stabilizer legs are made of 2.5" x 2.5" tubular steel. They have independent height adjustment to allow for differences in terrain. The legs help to dampen the tractor tire bounce and reduce the hitch lift arm movement.
