Head judge, Georgia Strimenos, hails from the mountains of Colorado where her love for horses and rodeo flourished. Her heavy involvement in 4H, both in raising animals and in leadership, led her to the world of rodeo queening. She served as Miss Rodeo Colorado 2024 and placed 2nd runner up at the Miss Rodeo America Pageant She also received the honors of the personality and written test awards She served as Girl of the West for the Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo|NFR Open in 2021 and 2022 and represented her hometown rodeo, the Douglas County Fair and Rodeo She received a bachelor's degree in communication and journalism from the University of Wyoming, where she also competed on the school’s equestrian team, qualifying for the semi-final national competition in hunt seat. She now focuses on helping the next generation of rodeo queens with her company, All Around Hand Coaching and works for a western sports based marketing agency. In between, she spends her time with family, both two-legged and four-legged.

JoSee Saults grew up on her family’s ranch in Nebraska, where she developed a strong passion for the western way of life. She competed on the rodeo team at Eastern Wyoming College before transferring to the University of Wyoming to earn a degree in Communication. JoSee proudly served as Miss Rodeo Nebraska 2024, traveling over 50,000 miles to represent Nebraska and professional rodeo. She finished her reign in the Top 10 at Miss Rodeo America, where she also earned the Best Decorated Wrangler Award.

JLinda Farner is a retired Registered Nurse, former President Wyoming Quarter Horse Association amateur division, Cowgirls of the West board member, Miss Rodeo Wyoming Association and current LCCC Foundation Rodeo Team Committee member. She has many years of experience breeding and showing quarter horses She developed an interest in pageant judging, starting out with local competitions She has been privileged to judge Sheridan County Fair and Rodeo, Gordon, NE, Old West Trail Days, Crawford, NE, and Kimball Rodeo two times in addition to attending numerous clinics in Wyoming, Nebraska and Colorado Watching these young contestants blossom into self-assured young ladies is very special to her.

Josephine Carlson brings a lifelong passion for western heritage and over 15 years of experience in leadership, public relations, and community service, including extensive involvement with Cheyenne Frontier Days. Her background in human services, trauma-informed advocacy, and public speaking allows her to approach rodeo royalty judging with both empathy and high standards for professionalism. A skilled communicator and experienced board leader, Josephine values the tradition, grit, and representation that rodeo queens bring to their communities. She is honored to contribute to the selection of ambassadors who embody the values of the western way of life.

Kimberly Kuhn Romsa is a fifth-generation rancher and is no stranger to the rodeo arena. A former member of the University of Wyoming rodeo team, she served as a Cheyenne Frontier Days Dandy for four years and held the title of Miss Frontier in 2009. In 2011, she was named the Sheridan WYO Rodeo Queen before becoming Miss Rodeo Wyoming in 2012. She finished as 4 runner-up at the Miss Rodeo America competition. Kim graduated with honors from the University of Wyoming and works as a medical esthetician and cosmetologist at Blooming Lemon Wellness and Aesthetics She lives in Laramie with her husband, Quade and two daughters, Lottie and Rula th

Domenic Bravo is a proud advocate for western heritage, youth leadership, and the enduring traditions of rodeo. As CEO of Visit Cheyenne, he plays a leading role in promoting Wyoming’s cultural identity through events like Cheyenne Frontier Days, the world’s largest outdoor rodeo and western celebration, the Hell on Wheels Rodeo series created in part with numerous partners in 2020 His work helps elevate the visibility of rodeo queens as community ambassadors and role models
His leadership reflects a deep appreciation for the values of grit, authenticity, and poise, qualities he looks for in rodeo royalty
An experienced judge of civic pageants, youth leadership competitions, and western events, Domenic brings a balanced, encouraging approach to the judging process. He values strong public speaking skills, horsemanship knowledge, and the ability to represent the western lifestyle with confidence and grace. He believes rodeo queens are not only symbols of tradition, but leaders who inspire others through their dedication and spirit. It is a privilege for him to help select the next generation of rodeo ambassadors, young women who will carry the legacy of the West forward with strength, dignity, and pride.

KJim Walter is a dynamic leader in destination marketing and economic development, serving as the Vice President of Visit Cheyenne, the official Destination Marketing Organization for Laramie County, Wyoming. With a passion for harnessing the power of the visitor economy to strengthen communities, Walter has spent his career crafting compelling tourism experiences that drive economic impact.
In 2013, Walter brought his expertise westward, joining Visit Cheyenne to lead convention sales Over the past 12 years, he has risen through the ranks to oversee all marketing initiatives, positioning Cheyenne as a premier gateway to the American West Beyond marketing, he serves as the rodeo program manager, producing seven rodeo events annually that celebrate and showcase the Western way of life
He and his wife, Stacie, love calling Wyoming home, where they embrace the Western lifestyle alongside their daughter, Loriana.
