7:10 P.M. Jeff Fransen of Willmar is rebuilding an engine for a lawn tractor. He has spent about four hours over the last week working on it — another hour and it should be done.

7:00 P.M. Pastor Wayne Kopitzke and the acolytes Raeann Holmquist and Robert Holmquist, enter the sanctuary at First Lutheran Church of Norway Lake at the start of the evening Lenten service.

7:04 P.M. P Students in the Level 3 English class at Adult Basic Education at Jefferson Learning Center in Willmar settle in for a vocabulary lesson. The class often has seven to nine students, Vander Molen said, but this was a light night. Kahin has lived in Willmar a year and studied English for about six months. He can carry on a conversation in English very well, but continues to learn about the many variations in spelling and pronunciation in English.
