Our fully integrated facility is equipped to develop and deliver cutting-edge nonwoven solutions.

Each technology is customized using qualified, proven R&D insights to offer a unique and diverse portfolio of nonwoven products.

Welspun offers Spunlace nonwovens as light as 20 GSM, with capabilities for semi cross-lapped spunlace that efficiently processes 100% natural, synthetic, or blended fibers. Our state-of-the-art needle punch technology produces nonwovens starting from 60 GSM, positioning us as a global leader in this segment.

In addition, we’ve commissioned European-made finishing technologies including dyeing, printing, coating, and lamination for technical applications across automotive, protective wear, filtration, wipes, coating substrates, and more.
