SIMPLE BEEF JERKY

INGREDIENTS:
London broil (lean), thinly sliced*
Prima Mr. Flavor spice
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 170°. Place a cooling rack on a cookie sheet. Spread the meat slices, single layer, on cooling rack. Lightly spice meat. Bake 3 hours, uncovered.
*ask butcher to slice meat for jerky
