DULVERTON OFFICE NEWSLETTER Well the property market has been up and running now again for just over five weeks, none of us at the office have any idea where the time has gone, almost in a blur.

Whilst the first couple of days was very much us getting back into the office and starting to book in all the pre-arranged requests for valuations and viewings that we had been dealing with from home during the 7/8 week full lockdown it was at that stage a bit early to say how busy things were going to be in the weeks ahead.

Five weeks later and we can comfortably say that we don’t think we have ever been as busy, certainly within the past 10/12 years and the activity must rank within one of the top three busiest five week period that we can ever remember.
