The role of women in the world of family offices has garnered very little attention beyond superficial analysis. This report attempts to change this, by looking at the state of the market and the issues of gender equality in the sector. It is also designed to shine a light on gender inequality in the sector, even to provide a call for action for widespread improvement. But, as with most things, it’s important to look at the issue with some nuance, especially for a sector which is itself so nuanced.
