The YHI Health Club offers a wide range of well-being activities created especially for adults. The resort counts with 3 tennis courts, 3 paddle courts, spinning bikes, archery zone, gym with advanced fitness equipment and a Zen meditation garden. Weekly activity programmes are seasonal and subject to change but will always include a variety of activities such as: spinning, Pilates, aqua-gym, Tai Chi, eco-walking, bow and arrow, personal trainer, nutrition and dietician, aerobics and tae aerobics apart from “Life Enriching” activities such as Sushi classes, cocktail making, cooking, dance classes and wine tasting.
