This industrial area in the Bulmke-Hüllen district was designated as a future-oriented project by the city administration and provides all the existing building rights in accordance to the development plan.

One facility, many possibilities With a total plot size of 81,241 m2 the WDP-VIB logistics facility offers a wide range of uses, from warehousing to office and social spaces. The contemporary building fulfils all actual and future requirements for the realisation of flexible rental capacity, with room for individual customisation where needed. It provides plenty of logistic solutions, from roofed and open loading docks to a variable number of gates on ground level for rear and side unloading. Combined with nearby parking spaces for both cars and trucks.
