Every employee within WDP will follow the DISC workshop to improve their interpersonal skills. The DISC model is a powerful and profoundly simple tool for understanding people. DISC stands for Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C)
The DISC model provides a simple insight into the different behavioral styles. The DISC model is a theory, devised by Jung and Marston, which is used to give individuals insight into preferred styles of communication and behavior. Four recognizable colors (red, yellow, green and blue) are used to map the four styles.
