What this means
Text reminders will be sent to positive cases who have not completed their initial assessment either by selfserve contact tracing form or phone.
Note: The Self-serve Positive Case Contact Tracing Reminder Text went live, Tuesday 8 March 2022.
The text reminders will be sent at 12, 24 and 48 hours after their initial SMS to encourage the completion of the case self-serve contact tracing form.
Please complete this short form about your health and support needs, and your contacts. This will make it easier to access support if you need it.
The wording of this new reminder text is as follows:
Kia ora [Case First Name], This is a reminder to complete your contact tracing form: https://app.tracingform.covid19.health.nz/
Your access code is BBBBBB.
