Isolation Release Text Notification
Description What this means
An update has been made to enable an automatic Isolation Release Notification to be sent to positive Cases who are self-isolating once their required isolation period has been completed. The wording of this new reminder text is as follows:

1. All Self Managed Cases + Actively Managed Cases already released in CCCM
This Isolation Release text notification will be sent to Cases on Active Management where they have reached their predicted isolation end date and have been clinically released, and to Self Managed Cases.

Your isolation period as a COVID-19 Case has ended. You can now return to all normal daily activities including work. If you continue to feel unwell please contact your health provider. For more information please see https://covid19.health.nz/advice/positive
2. Actively Managed Cases not released in CCCM
This notification will inform Cases that their isolation period has ended. This Isolation Release text notification will be sent to Cases on Active Management where they have reached their predicted isolation end date and have not been clinically released.
