Middle School Dual Language Grades 6-8 Offered at Butler, Horning and Les Paul Middle Schools, the Program includes: ● 6th-8th grade Dual Language Arts ● 6-7th Science in English, Social Studies in Spanish ● 8th Science in Spanish, US History in English ● Math 6-8 is taught in English Dual Language Students are recognized for their Pathway to the Wisconsin Seal of Biliteracy in Grades 5 and 8.
High School Dual Language Grades 9-12 Offered at South, North and West High Schools (including Healthcare and Engineering Academy) Building toward lifelong bilingualism, the program includes: ● Spanish Literacy ○ 9th grade AP Spanish Language and Culture ○ 10th grade AP Spanish Literature ○ 11th grade Spanish Seminar ○ 12th grade Early College Credit Options ● Spanish Content Areas ○ Dual Language Biology and Chemistry ○ Dual Language Integrated Math I and II Dual Language Students are eligible to earn the Wisconsin State Seal of Biliteracy and Global Scholars Awards
