Static World is a 5-star outdoor exhibition space that boasts a comprehensive display of new and pre-owned static caravans and luxury lodges. We are specialists in caravan and lodge sales and our management team has over 70 years experience working with the market leaders in caravan retail sales.

Our in-house marketing and advertising experts use social media channels and online platforms to create a highlyvisible and comprehensive online presence. We have a skilled team of 15 full-time employees and firmly believe that we have the best sales force in our field. We put ourselves in the customer’s shoes, look at it from customers perspective and always deliver a 5 star presentation.

Static World was two years in the planning and opened at the beginning of the 2020 season. We are a family-run business, based in Ayr, and have built a fantastic relationship with 15 Partnership Parks to date, achieving an extremely successful and proven track record of success.

Static World works exclusively with the leading manufacturers, including Carnaby, Atlas, Sunseeker, Victory, Prestige Homeseeker and decking from AB Sundecks, allowing us access to the latest models and accessories as they are launched to the market. Our stock is displayed to exhibition standard, with all homes connected to gas and electricity, allowing you to truly see the holiday homes and all of their features.

Static World’s high-quality showground environment is the biggest in Scotland with over 75 models on show. In fact, we have more stock available to view than the annual Scottish Caravan and Motorhome Show in Glasgow!

We are open 52 weeks of the year and are perfectly located and easily accessible just off the A77 north of Ayr.

Auchenlarie Holiday Park

Our first Diamond Package was secured by Marshall, Helen and family at Auchenlarie Holiday Park.

Static World took over the sales operation in July 2020, just as the country was emerging from lockdown. We placed a highly-skilled sales team, consisting of one Sales Manager and two Sales Executives, working within the park.

The graphs opposite show the scale of success that Static World has achieved in a relatively short time.

However, our biggest achievement has been the relationship we have forged with the existing Swalwell Group Team while delivering world-class service to all of their customers.

With a target of 20 new customers in the first year, Static World exceeded that massively. The extra site fee income and very few vacant pitches has changed the whole dynamic of the park.

Static World has achieved outstanding sales figures, mostly with new customers, with over five times the original target.

We have achieved over 1000% of our original target, with massive growth in both sales numbers and margin, as well as a world class service. The figures speak for themselves.

Static World is pleased to introduce our aftersales service, offering a maintenance and repair service, with all work carried out by warranty-approved technicians, so you can be assured that the work is completed to warranty standards.

Our Aftersales Manager, Donna Siems, can arrange for any repair or maintenance work to be carried out, including emergency callouts, and she is always just a phone call away.

TRANSP RT

Static World understands the importance of getting caravans from A to B as quickly and safely as possible.

During busier periods, we are aware that this can result in a six to eight week lead time with the major transport contractors. However, thanks to our in-house fleet of transporters and escort vehicles, we can deliver any size caravan or lodge to any location nationwide much, much faster - yet another huge advantage of being a Static World Partnership Park.

All our drivers are experienced and treat caravans with the utmost care.
