My-NOHrD Platform WORKOUT SOLUTION To help hotel guests get the most of their workout with WaterRower & NOHrD equipment during their stay at your venue, they can access the My-NOHrD virtual training platform.

My-NOHrD offers users the option to take advantage of pre-designed workouts or to combine videos for creating customised workouts that can be tailored to specific exercise goals.

For an additional fee, we can set up an individual hotel account with its own login and pre-selected workout for the purchased WaterRower & NOHrD equipment. You can subsequently share the link or QR code specific to your hotel with your guests so that they can access the workout during their stay.
