Annual Benefits Open Enrollment begins May 12th. Please review your health insurance options and other benefit elections for the upcoming fiscal year. We've scheduled multiple Health Benefits Information Sessions throughout May both in-person and virtual where specialists will guide you through plan changes and answer questions. I strongly encourage everyone to attend at least one session.
We’ve updated our Wellness Resources. The Wellness Portal is available to all staff with a WPS email. Kindness Carts are in each building and provide a great opportunity for acknowledging your co-workers.
Our HR team remains available to support you with any questions about benefits or other matters as we wrap-up the school year.

HR invites you to begin your day with the Waterford Wellness Website! It’s a great place to find uplifting music, inspiring content, community events, and posts that are sure to bring a smile to your face.
Feel free to share positive happenings at WPS or let others know what you’ve been up to over the weekend. You never know you might inspire someone else!
To access the site, simply open a new Google tab, go to WPS Bookmarks, and click on the Waterford Wellness link.
This site is available to anyone with a WPS email.
The introduction of kindness carts has been distributed in all locations as an enhancement to the health and wellness fair. The carts are anticipated to facilitate the daily expression of gratitude and encouragement, while offering a means for individuals to share supportive actions and compliments that enhance employee morale.
