Invicta Customer Service - first repair returned NEED TO VENT HERE! I AM PRETTY MAD RIGHT NOW! I have tons of Invicta's. I have finally after a year of buying them, had to send 3 of them in for service. They were all sent in for service in Septemeber. 1) NEW SAN3 from sunday run - the 5040E Chronograph didn't reset at all (hour totalizer) No replacement - had to get a repair 2) Venom OQ - same deal - hour totalizer didn't reset 3) NEW Reserve Pro Diver w/ sandstone from the sunday run - dial was cracked on arrival. (no replacement) Now, I just received the first one back (SAN3 from Sunday Run) which I sent in for service September 3rd; I originally sent it back for a replacement because it was a sunday run watch but alas they were out of stock, so I went the 'repair' route. My excitement was pretty high, until I pulled it open and tried the chronograph by running it and attempting to reset it......
FAIL - the SAME issue, but now in addition to the hour totalizer not resetting, the minute totalizer gets stuck randomly too...... This was purchased in August brand new, sent in for repair at the beginning of September (still new), and NOW IT IS THE END OF NOVEMBER AND IT IS STILL BROKE. I have never even wore this watch yet and the band still has plastic wrap on it. I thought the Customer service issues like these were getting fixed recently...Hopefully the next two watches that I have with them come back fine...NEVER AGAIN WILL I SEND A WATCH TO INVICTA FOR REPAIR. I should have took a refund from them to begin with, after I received a broke watch...quite embarrasing service. I remember when I sent my reactor watch in for service - it was back in less than 10 days. Thanks for hearing me vent! I have no one else to sympathize with dealing with watches, except this forum. __________________
